Good experience ordering free samples. Website easy to use in mobile. Finding info about ceiling mounting could be easier, but not a significant detractor from the overall experience.

Poor experience
Free samples offer promoted on the site did not work, then email to info@stikwood bounced back. Marketing survey email I received right away was annoying. Not a good experience at all for a potential new customer.

When signing up for the free sample discount it said to use code SAMPLES. That didn’t work, so I completed the order for my samples. After completing my order I got an email saying the code was 3FREESAMPLES. Frustrating that I wasn’t able to use the code but I’m excited to try the product.
