Really disappointed
Really disappointed. First we bought the wall paper paste option, followed the application instructions to the full, but it wouldn’t stick to the wall. After talking to customer services we agreed to pay extra to get the self adhesive version. Again followed the instructions in full but it peeled off after 24 hours. Also can see the joins between sheets. We will never make the expensive mistake of buying this again.

We have used the same wallpaper material you have for over 5 years and produce several hundred custom made paste the wall and self adhesive murals each month, using this material. Any defect in the materials would become immediately apparent to us through our customer base and we did not receive any other complaints of this nature, at that time. Additionally, as you encountered an installation issue with your previous mural, we were happy to offer you a discounted refund as a goodwill gesture, a free replacement mural and guidance through your installation process, which you were satisfied with. I bought a stunning wall mural from Wallsauce, so many people have said how fantastic it looks & it makes a real statement!
Their customer service is excellent as I rang in a panic when I measured incorrectly, it was delivered when promised and is excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Magnificent Lancaster…
I saw this image of the Lancaster "Just Jane" on wallsauce web site. I have had a "Taxy" ride in this aircraft and just had to buy a image for my bedroom wall. It came very quickly and was exceptionally sharp and excellent quality. I purchased the "peel and stick" option which was easy to apply.

This is the 2nd time I have used Wallsauce...
This is the 2nd time I have used wallsauce and been completely happy on both occasions first was on the kitchen wall and 2nd for my bedroom. When I ordered my 2nd Muriel I was emailed by the company about the quality of the flowers and to advised the picture was not of real flowers but material so it would show in the design, I was happy with the service I received and continued with the order. It has now been put up and I am so pleased as it looks even better than I expected, Quality service and quality paper. Thanks Wallsauce. I am now looking to find another room to decorate.

Absolutely faultless service
Used Wall sauce for the first time last month. Totally blown away by their service level and attention to detail. Ordered a wall mural and they flagged about the image grain just to be sure I was going to be happy. Chat on site is great too. Very fast and they are obviously well organised as responses are very quick. Just a great professional firm that I will definitely use and recommend to others.

Excellent product and great customer service
From start to finish the whole process was very good , excellent service from customer services , lots of good advice, speedy delivery and fab product to work with . Went on easy with the premium paste that came with the mural. I only wish I had more free walls to put more on ! Very happy customer!

A Little Van Gogh
I purchased a Van Gogh mural after checking the reviews. The pre-delivery communication was excellent with explanations and photos as to the mural having a paint brush effect as in a real painting and was I happy with that. Delivery was quick and post delivery communication was excellent too.
The mural looks amazing . Also , my decorator ( in the business 40 years ) stated that the mural was the best quality he had worked with

Very happy with our purchase.
I purchased a mural from Wallsauce last July 2021. We didn’t manage to get the mural up until a couple of days before Christmas 2021.
We were extremely pleased with the look of our picture and how it wasn’t too difficult to put up (with help from my husband)
I found Wallsauce to be very helpful. They sent out 3 samples of wallpaper to me, to help me make a better informed decision about which one would work best for us. We put our mural up outside but in a covered area.
Very very happy with their service and product.

Brilliant customer service amazing mural
Brilliant customer service and high quality detailed mural. I placed my order however Emma came back to me and made a suggestion and I'm so glad she did as it shows they have pride in the products that they sell and it finished it off perfectly. Very easy to install and the end result is absolutely fantastic and gets lots of compliments. I will absolutely be coming back to wallsauce for our next one!

I picked out a mural 18 months before my dining room was built. I was really excited when the day came for me to put it up. It looks stunning and I think the best feature in my house. Everyone that sees it just raves about it. It's amazing how much a print can transform a room from beautiful to incredible. The service was great and it arrived when they said it would (despite covid). It was really easy to put up and the quality of paper fabulous. Wallsauce has been recommended to a number of my friends!!

Highly Recommend - both Product and Service
Great product and service. We even changed our mind and the size to incorporate an additional wall the day after our initial order was placed. It was all handled super efficiently via a couple of emails, and a follow-up phone call with an actual person. The product is great quality, and the fully tracked delivery to us in NZ took less than a week from confirmation of our amended order.
The result is an incredible transformation of what was previously a lack-lustre area of our bedroom. Thanks Shannon and Team!

A little bit of Italy in our kitchen!
After deliberating over many choices for our mural we decided on a view of Portofino in Italy which holds fond memories for us. I certainly wasn’t disappointed, it’s fabulous & a great talking point whenever anyone walks in the room. Excellent quality (I upgraded to the premium) a doddle to order & easy to apply.
