I have been ordering Christmas cards for years from Walter Drake and I will never order from them again. I filled out all my personalization's on the cards I order and then put a credit card and it they didn't accept it, I tried another card and then another and they wouldn't accept any of them but I was getting emails from all 3 credit card companies that the charges went through. I called customer support and told them the problem and they said it wasn't their fault which is outrageous because all the cards are good and my credit rating is 850. Then she tells me to place the order over the phone. Do you know how hard that would be putting in my name address and inside personalization over the phone to someone who isn't from the USA and has a hard time understanding me. I am done with Walter Drake forever and I am very happy about that.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered 4 personalized pocket planners on November 23rd. Order was shipped and held up in the mail somewhere since November 28th. Replacement order was supposedly shipped on December 9th. When tracking the package, the tracking shows that the label was created but still not in the system. Still waiting, maybe the next replacement order should be for 2024 calendars, then maybe with a little luck they will arrive in time for next Christmas.

I have been ordering Christmas cards from Walter Drake for many years for both personal and business relationships. They always deliver promptly and I receive quite a few compliments on the quality and look of the Christmas cards. Customer service is great and prices can't be beat for the quality!
