Christmas Present For Boyfriend
Bought my boyfriend the Big Dock as a Christmas present, he actually saw it on Instagram months ago and had sent me a picture of it saying that he needed something like that. So when Christmas came around I knew I had to order it for him. I was a little bit worried when I ordered it as it was all over the news saying how Mail all over the uk was delayed, but honestly It arrived so quickly! I was shocked with how fast it arrived. It’s great size and fits on our bedside table! It has so much storage space for all his gadgets and he loves the wireless charger!!

The wireless charging board has trouble…
The wireless charging board has trouble charging. I only get like 5 percent in hours. I am quite disappointed! The key holder is also tricky, does that allow the hand to grab the keys properly to turn them in the lock. Wallet is alright. Overall i am not happy

Looks beautiful but not consistent
The dock looks beautiful and holds exactly what I want it to hold. Everyone comments on how great it looks. BUT it is really hit and miss with charging. I have to plug and unplug and plug and unplug repeatedly and lift the phone on and off to get it to start charging. There seems to be no guarantee of a charge each time. As a result I haven’t been able to use it on my bedside locker as I had hoped because crawling under the bed to reach the socket to unplug and re-plug is totally impractical. Hopefully future ones will be better.

Very good, could be better
This is the second Key boss I buy and, like the last time, the product is excelent (sad they removed the aluminium key boss from the store).
The color choosed was "Cement Grey" but it looks like a kind of green, I'm saying this as a recomendation to update either the color name or the pictures, just to make a more accurate purchasing experience.
Finally the packaging arrived quite damaged (the product is intact though), but I understand that these issues has to do with the shipping company and these dates are difficult for everyone.
Still, I'd like to ask for more care next time, if possible.

Hi Esther, gisteravond, om 22.25 heb je ons gemaild met de melding; mijn dock is beschadigd en met een foto erbij. Je hebt meteen een automatische email ontvangen met daarin de melding dat we binnen 48 uur reageren. En nu geef je ons een ster, en geef je ons niet die paar uur. De order is overigens van 8 december, en we krijgen nu deze een ster. Heel jammer dit, en het helpt niet echt. Ook niet voor ons hele team die ervoor zorgt dat iedereen happy is. Zodra er een klacht is over bijv. een beschadiging op een product, wat heel af en toe kan voorkomen, door bijv. transport, of andere zaken, dan wordt dat door walter meteen opgelost (binnen 48 uur). Jammer dat je ons die paar uurtjes niet wil geven.

Packaging could be better
Super nice and beautiful coffee cup. Came delayed because it had to be repacked by DHL because there was nothig inside the package to protect the cup from moving around or getting crushed.
