Great take and great service.
Most of the way through building a deck i realised i needed 2 more rolls of deck tape. I put the order in 4 minutes past the 3 o'clock deadline for next delivery and thought I'd missed the cut off 🙁
Received a call from the sales team saying they had been able to get the order out. 👍🏻
Great to hear confirmation, a great product, and some buscuits in the package were nice too. 🙂

This tape is amazing, I ran out towards the end of my deck so finished it with some other tape got from a national diy shops. It was cheaper but nowhere near as good. Iv got a load more to do the steps with.

No nonsense Joist Tape. Quality.
After looking at several options I decided to purchase Walther Strong tape as the best cost per metre tape for prolonging the life of joists on my decking project.
Ordered directly from the website, very easy to use, and delivery was within a couple of days which was great.
The tapes were well packaged in cardboard only, and contained a complimentary coaster for large mugs of tea (builder size) and a pack of biscuits which was very thoughtful.
Even better was the application of the tape when project underway, not too sticky to prove a pain, but sticky enough once applied it stayed applied.
It was suitable for cutting into shapes to fit awkward angles around posts too, so very happy with the result.
A 20m roll sounds a lot, but doesn't go as far as you think, but i did over-order in case there were more areas to cover if the project adapted which it did as a DIY-er.
Would purchase again, and would recommend it.

This is how all companies should operate. No excuses about Covid and delivery times here. Ordered the joist tape around 1pm Wednesday and it was delivered 11.55am the following morning.
Had a customer service call once I placed the order which was a nice personal touch thanking me for my order.
