Everything was done quickly and hassle free by Tilly who was doing my accounts she was always there to help if I had any queries and answered my questions quickly and simply very pleased with the service I received

I am self employed and used Kim for the first time - it was an excellent experience, she made everything so simple (and a speedy response). Would 100% recommend :)

I have been using Walton accountancy for a few years now to prepare my self assessment part for my taxes on top of my PAYE job. I have found them to have a professional, helpful and definitely traditional personalised service.
Charlie has done my accounts the past few years and he has been really quick to sort this and brilliant communication. Nothing seems too much trouble.
I definitely would recommend to family and friends this local , family firm.

I moved these guys after being with another overpriced company for years. This is my second year with Waltons and I can’t recommend them enough. Their pricing structure is fair and honest. I’m totally at a loss when it comes to anything tax related, and Walton Accountancy provide an amazing personalised service, nothing is ever too much trouble and any queries I have are answered immediately with patience and kindness. Ben and Adam initially worked with me to help my understanding, organising the best way for me to complete my accounts and this year Charlie Buchanan prepared my accounts which were done so quickly and efficiently. Benchmark for exceptional customer service!

Started my company MS Electrix, just before Cov19, which ended up being dormant/inactive until now.
Nevertheless, Ben and the team at Walton were incredibly kind, helpful and honest throughout.

Did not pay them a penny and despite this, Ben was courteous to answer all of my many questions and queries.

Biggest compliment I can give is that they really do make you feel like 'The Boss'.
You will forget you are speaking to an independent accountant and will feel as if they are your very own finance department!

Couldn’t fault them at all. Ben and the team at Walton Accountancy have been absolutely fantastic with company setup, advice on taxation, shares, dividends, you name it. Whenever I call in, with even the most complex questions, I get greeted by name and have things explained in a way I can digest. If only more businesses valued their customers as much as this company does! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - in fact, I already have.

Literally could not ask you to avoid this more. I had signed up using their 99p service formations subsidiary to which they basically absorb the cost of the formation and then take your accounting hoping you'll sign up for their £80 per month package. They then decided to charge one of my directors a one-off fee for the confirmation statement which is fine, we understand that cost - but the fact they took payment using another name and website (to avoid tax) is very dodgy.

Multiple issues came up when dealing with them to which we had to instantly instruct another accountant to review and now we're in safe hands. Once they realized we were moving they became aggressive and rude, also had David's direct family members searching me on Facebook and stalking me out.

Do not trust Walton Accountancy to take your accounts, they're rude and have absolutely no intention of helping - they just want your money. I have screenshots which I've posted about to warn others.

Do not fall into their trap.
