I ordered a mug with an image printed all around its outside and a coloured handle and interior. The product arrived within a few days and looked great; good quality image that covered the whole exterior (except for a vertical strip around the handle, which was expected) and the red of the handle and inside was a nice shade that was cheerful without being garish. I also like that the "microwave and dishwasher safe" info is stamped on the bottom of the mug, as I am giving it as a gift and the recipients will no doubt be wondering. Would recommend!

Wanapix logo label on the product, ridiculous. Print quality also not amazing, background color bleeds into the white areas. And shipping was insanely expensive. Would not recommend.

Product good enough but because of the bad delivery company they chose,instead of leaving it at my door step like it was planned they shipped at the other side of the city making me loose enough time to doubt if I am going to buy from them again in the future.

Good product, quick delivery.

The order process was easy. Delivery was about a week so good to order well ahead. I thought the bauble I ordered would be better than it actually was. In the product photo the bauble appeared to have Christmas tree patterns on the actual bauble however, in reality this feature was actually on a piece of cardboard on the reverse side of the photo. This is not a high quality product, but I ordered it as a bit of fun, for a pass the parcel family party so it is OK for my needs. It arrived in good packaging with two free gifts eg stick on tattoos and a small packet of Haribos which children would like.

It's good and we love it. The quality online looked better than the physical product.

Horrible it doesn’t work and sadly it’s for my partner as a birthday present from our child.., and it’s very disappointing. Especially because I reached out to them and nobody responded. I’m still trying to get in touch with someone so maybe they will contact me after this review.

Products arrived totally broken!! And it is for a wedding gift!
