I bought the Wander Plus bags and pillows last year for my entire family. They work great! We take the pillows anytime we have long flights, it’s nice that they take up very little space. The bags are roomy and comfortable - in fact, I’ve started using mine as my regular purse. I definitely recommend these products.

I purchased 3 Wander bags for a Europe trip. I absolutely love them and I use them daily. I so appreciate the quality and the beautiful choice of colors!

I love the travel bag. It keeps everything close and it has been greatly appreciated when I gave it for gifts. The fabric on mine has separated from the zipper on the middle zip pocket which it irritating.

Great travel pillow. Easy to carry, holds your neck sturdy.

Excellent customer service. These pillows are so comfortable and helpful. 100% worth it. I will be buying some for my family. I've had mine for 3 years and its definitely my top travel necessity!

When I had a question about my orders arrival time, there was a quick reply that was appreciated.

my bag was never delivered. i contacted customer service and was told to contact the shipper. the picture the shipper submitted was not my house!! Wander made it right! They are sending me a replacement bag at no charge. Excellent and rapid result!

People poorly reviewing this bag have likely purchased an unauthorised fake - the original wander+ bag is fantastic - if you paid less than AUD 60 you’ve been had and bought a feeble replica with abysmal quality, poor service and little or no safety features. Always look in the pictures for the WANDER+ wording on the strap buckle - if it’s not there or worded differently you’re about to waste your money - even if it is only AUD29.99. The amazon site is loaded with fakes purporting to be wander+ - don’t be a mug!!
I have purchased one and it’s fantastic - best travel bag ever.

It was impossible to follow tracking & know any information about delivery date. They appeared as a company shipping from US. But after many emails- tracking showed import & export travel. I finally sent a email to them and told them, “I would not be accepting the pkg. & I wanted to refund.” Every email I received was from Jessica- not sane spelling & broken sentences. The pkg came- damaged and questionable. I didn’t open the pkg. Wrapped in extra tape & labels. They don’t answer me on where to send it back too? I have filed a dispute with my bank. Stay away from this company!!

I'm so glad I bought this bag it is perfect and holds so much. I just love it for traveling.

I bought the Wander Plus bag on June 9th, but it seems that unlike some unhappy customers on here, I didn't buy it directly from the company, but on Amazon. And I actually received it the same day I ordered it--plus I got it on sale! It was only $28 after tax.

I'm very happy with the bag. It fits my Kindle in the big pocket, my cash and glasses in the smaller pockets.

I wish it had card slots, but it only has two little pockets in the big zippered pocket.

I placed my order on 4/11/2025. As of today, 4/25/2025, I've yet to receive my 3 bags I ordered. Wished I'd have done a review search first!! Not impressed either when you call the customer service #: 908-860-8589 and nobody answers and nobody replies to the (support @ wander-plus . com) email either!! What a joke! I'd suggest not purchasing anything from this company!

Edited on 5/5/2025 - I did finally receive the bags on 4/27, but if you’re left handed, I’d not suggest ordering them! Bass ackwards!

I can’t review the product because I ordered a month ago and still haven’t received it. I reached out to the company and was told I would receive the package in a few days. When I reached out again I notified them I have not received the package and that I will be flying soon and will need to purchase neck pillows elsewhere. I requested a refund. Their reply was to give them another week. This is poor customer service and the company should consider using a different shipping service that won’t take over a month to get orders to their customers.

Two weeks and never received my order.

I have all the products and I love them. They are exactly what I need. My family bought them all as well and they love them too. I would recommend them to my friends.

My wander plus bag strap is fraying at the seam with the bag. Terrible customer service.

Wander Plus does not have US inventory and all product is sent from China and eventhough they state
delivery in 8-15 days maximum , they do not follow through. We ordered 3 neck pillows and delivery after 21 days has not occurred . We have requested a full refund on my credit card and they completely ignore it .

Out of all the travel pillows we have gotten, Wander+ travel pillow is the best one. It supports the head without creating heat around the neck. It’s very comfortable and easy to use.
