Received my items quickly and in good condition

My son is using his wanderplus bag for cycling. He rides thru Chicago to work and for pleasure and loves keeping his phone and wallet safe.

bought these for a trip to europe and was so surprised at how much they held! comfy to wear as well.

I ordered the bag first and it did really well at the state fair, I originally bought it to take to Italy in 2028. I like how much it can handle. then I purchased 2 pillows for that same trip but I still haven't received them

Excellent neck wrap and support.

The product is awesome, it’s easy to fold up, easy to use and having tried others, this is my favorite. I do see some fraying already after 1 use, so that’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars

I absolutely love my Wander purses! I have one that is about 2 years old, and decided to purchase again for Christmas presents! They like mine, so they are getting their own now!
And of course, I couldn’t resist purchasing an additional color for myself! ❣️

Great product! Customer service sends little helpful reminders on how to use pillow correctly. Received quickly. I will do another update after my next trip to Europe.

Great service, excellent product quality

I have to say the customer service was great but the product is diabolical!!! It does not work and I’ve tried it on a few necks. They did not want the product back and to stop it coming back they offered the first email 50% plus keep product and when I declined SMS said I didn’t want the product they then offered 90% to save me the hassle of having to post it back. I will never use them so still out of pocket. It all sounds a bit dodgy to me.

I felt to the whole process that I was important. I am in customer service and I understand how it feels on the other end so thank you.

The product is quality made. Zippers are hidden and there’s a handy pouch for passport or other necessities.
It looks like it will last a long time too!

made my first solo trip and depended on my Wander bag. It was very convenient except could not leave on while going through screening. i have the tendency to overpack, and the bag's size prohibited the overload. As for the value of product, I spent too much money on a 36 hour turn around, but in my case the bag was a godsend. No shoulder pain from carrying my entire vanity. Did not have to remove to access my stuff.
