Bundle sent after cancellation - refund refused.

I’m really disappointed with this experience, mainly because the styling bundle that was put together was nothing like what I asked for.

I paid for a pre-ordered styling bundle and sent clear reference images showing a very specific direction — clean silhouettes, refined cuts, fluid fabrics, and an overall elevated, minimal look. These weren’t vague “vibe” images; they showed exactly the kind of shapes, proportions, and materials I was looking for. When the stylist later posted the bundle video, it was immediately obvious that it didn’t match my brief at all. The items included felt dated and mismatched, with things like basic tops, a chunky cable-knit jumper, simple skirts and shoes that didn’t reflect the references I’d shared.

I reached out clearly before the parcel was shipped to explain that the bundle wasn’t right and to ask to cancel, as I hadn’t received anything yet. Despite this, the parcel was still sent. What made this more frustrating was the confusion around the shipping timeline. I was initially told it had already been shipped that morning, but when I asked for the tracking number, it showed the label was created and the parcel was accepted at around 1pm, after I had already raised concerns.

During the time I was asking to cancel, the seller was actively posting multiple videos on her social media, showing she was online. The following day, she claimed she hadn’t seen my messages at all that morning, which I found confusing. To ship the parcel, she would have needed to go into our message thread to access my delivery details, so it’s unclear how my cancellation request could have been missed.
Because I paid via bank transfer rather than a protected checkout, I had no buyer protection and had to seek advice elsewhere. In the end, I refused delivery and requested the parcel be returned to the sender, as I didn’t agree to accept items that didn’t match what I’d paid for.

Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing experience, especially after being genuinely excited for the bundle. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this service.
