Great customer service with very helpful and personable team.
I needed my phone repairing fairly urgently given i was going to be out of the country. The Want a New Gadget team ensured that the phone was fixed and returned to me on a tight schedule with regular communication.

Did not receive my parcel - they refunded it.
However the refund process took a long time to be acknowledged, and then the refund also took some time.
Whole process took just over a week.
Frustrating not to get my item, but glad to get a refund.

An amazing experience which was simple and effortless. The laptop I purchased was flawless and delivered the next day. I couldn’t fault the attention to detail in every aspect of this transaction.

Had my phone for 11 months before it developed a fault.
I contacted "Want a new Gadget" and they arranged for the phone to be sent back to them the same day. I explained that I was going on holiday in the next seven days and would really need my phone!
The chap I was speaking to said he would push it through as an urgent repair and get it back to me in time for my holiday - I received it back after five days!
I can't fault the service I received and the staff I spoke with were really polite, courteous and very helpful.

I purchased a replacement phone that was rated ‘excellent’. First day phone crashed multiple times, next day screen pixilated, couple of days later crashed and frozen. From then on frozen, white screen, multiple times crashing and restarting, pixilated screen, ghost screen. Makes me question how these items are processed, surely this shouldn’t have passed and quality checks

Phone proved to be faulty. Over and over I was asked to erase iCloud…but the phone did not come up on my find a phone. It never had a password..or an iCloud account because I got it for my 94 year old Parkinson’s afflicted mum…just to use for videos photos and phone calls. She can barely move her fingers and lives 260 miles away from me….all of that made no difference to this company. Be very cautious.

Got a new phone for a good price and in perfect condition. Really pleased with my purchase. Received really quickly.

I cannot thank Matt enough for his assistance. Saw what I needed on their website. Called him up and explained I needed it urgently. He emailed me a link to the product and a payment method. This was at 5pm. By 10am the next day I received an email from Royal Mail explaining that my IPhone 14 was on its way. Great service.
