Stained outfit
The outfit I ordered was for a very special occasion and I paid extra for next day delivery as I had left it last minute. The outfit arrived in time however was poorly packaged, as soon as I opened the outer package the outfit practically fell out the bag and the inner clear packaging that it should have been secured inside was open and the zip was broken. To make matters worse the outfit had a bad stain on the shirt, trousers and scarf. I sent a message with pictures off the stains however did not receive a reply until much later on. The seller apologised and offered an exchange however I explained that was extremely disappointed as I now had no time to purchase another outfit. The seller then offered free next day delivery for an exchange but I had lost confidence in there products and asked for a full refund.
