Fantastic experience and staff. Highly recommend visiting the store, everyone is so friendly and helpful

It is a beautiful shop. Well worth a visit. The staff don’t pester you and don’t try to sell you something you don’t want like all the other shops we’ve been to, which is why we keep going back to Ward Brothers. Everything we have from them is great quality and the delivery team are very polite.

Nice looking store with great furniture

My wife and I went to Ward Brothers, to look at Beds. We were apprehensive because we had not bought a bed for many years. After spending a short time viewing beds on our own, we were approached by a member of staff, who asked if we needed help. We stated what we were looking for. We spent about two hours being fully informed on initially different mattresses, including being asked to lay on each mattress to try them for our comfort. When we chose the mattress that felt right to both of us, we requested our bed requirements. We were impressed with the time and patience with the member of staff. We would not hesitate to go to the store for other furniture.

If you would like to purchase a piece of furniture that’s dangerous then these are the people to see …. I opened the wardrobe door and the mirror fell off missing my foot by less than 1 inch. The mirror was attached by doubled sided tape !!!!!! when I Called doncaster branch they couldn’t understand why I was calling or helped in anyway. They basically said because we had moved two years previously it was the movers fault !!!!! Don’t waste your money or time going here.
