Wards have been managing my properties for many years.

Kim was absolutely amazing and nothing was to much trouble for her. She was available and fast to respond to any questions we had. Justin made things very easy for us under the circumstances and bent over backwards for us.

Wards property are very professional , has we are moving in to a new chapter of renting now you need wards , if you do not use be prepared for fines , this team is totally up to date on all the new legislation ( top team)

I currently rent with Wards property and it's been great so far!
when we first got accepted with the flat, we had a few issues with a move in date, but this was not Wards fault at all. they were super informative the entire time and kept us updated, even when we were constantly emailing about a move in date haha.
once everything was sorted we moved in pretty quickly and smoothly.
Wards have been super helpful and quick to help with all the issues I've emailed about, majority of things have been fixed and sorted quickly!
the office are honestly so kind and I feel comfortable speaking to them regarding problems or broken items in the property

It was important I took my time over this review , I came into the property market many years ago as a change of career. I had no experience in this field and felt very isolated and lacked the ' nouse ' needed in this very challenging vocation. It was pure luck that I walked into Justin's office in stoke and I wouldn't be here ( having made a few bob) without this man, his son and his team. From the outset Justin gave his advice, experience, strategic planning and knowledge of the market free with no agenda. He was always on the other end of the phone when ever I needed him, I've been in this game for years and have been fairly successful and this has provided me with an array of contacts. Many in this industry are there to make money ( no problem) but will do it at others expense, Justin is honerable, diligent, conscientious and fair, I cannot recommend his company enough, I owe him a big debt, thank you justin

I honestly don’t know what they could do to make my time with them go more smoothly. After having a few bad experiences in the past I found the staff really helpful. When I had to leave for a new job in another city they made the translation really easy. Thanks Wards. As I said to you before if I come back to Stoke you will be the first place I look for a new home.

I've dealt with wards for some 15 years. They are a one stop shop for the landlords. They offer a service which is second to none from finding tenants to vetting them to collecting rent and everything in-between. I have a few properties that Wards manage and I'll never ever think of changing anything. The office staff is very knowledgeable and handle all enquiries professionally. Highly recommend
