I rented a portable toilet and it arrived dirty and muddy. The paper towel dispenser was half full. When I called to inform them I was told that's my problem when they dropped it off it was clean. They sent me the pictures they took and I sent the pictures I took but their pictures were not the same angle of my pictures that shows the dirty areas. even if they didn't want to refund my money she should have had a little more concern other than it's my problem. Customer service is everything and they lost a customer. We rent toilets every year a few times a year. So their lost. If I were you I'd think twice before using them.

W2G was by far the best 3PL option for us at YBell Fitness. First off, the value we got was second to none. We researched over 20 companies before selecting W2G and talked with numerous other companies afterwards but nobody could offer the flexibility and pricing we required.

Our product had some unique challenges for both shipping and storage that did not fit into most other 3PL models but W2G was able to partner with us and we came out with great solutions. From our sales contact, Mike Berg, to the entire support team we always had a point of contact we could quickly reach and resolve any concerns.

Using W2G we were able to build out our shipping network to offer in region shipping to 99% of our customers at a discounted rate. I can't recommend them enough and happy to share our experience with anyone looking at them.

W2G is the 4th fulfillment provider I have used in the last 10 years and hands down the best. We had a few integration challenges to work through but they were responsive and got everything working. Since then it's been smooth sailing. The support team is excellent. Quick replies on support tickets. I had a chance to visit the Lavergne TN facility recently and Vince and his team there were great. The pricing is good and I feel like the company cares about my company's success. Highly recommend!

Partnering with Ware2Go has been a great experience for our business. Their easy integration with our systems has streamlined operations and improved our accuracy and efficiency. Our business is extremely seasonal, and they have done a great job scaling up to meet our fluctuating demands when needed which has been crucial during our peak season. Their customer support team also provides excellent customer service and proactive issue resolution. We highly recommend their services to any business seeking a reliable logistics solution!

Working with Ware2Go is a real pleasure. They are extremely efficient in getting what we need out the door, managing our inventories and making sure they understand our needs and forecasts for the future. When they had some changes in their warehouses, they were really on top of what their customers' needs would be so that there would be no disruptions. We've gone through two warehouse moves during our time with Ware2Go and have had no interruptions in service. Our Rep Josh Knepper is really amazing. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and very informative of ways we can improve and utilize their services more. We really enjoy working with Josh and the whole team at Ware2Go. We look forward to continuing our relationship into the future.

Ware2go is a place you can trust. The way they handle your inventory, and also the reliability you have on their information is great! Their system and reports give you a heads-up on what is happening with your products and company. All of the personnel are always there to help you with the operation and also to figure out better ways to do things.

The people who work there are very helpful and their responses are quick and informative (shout out to Josh Knepper, our Client Success Manager, in particular).
One area of improvement would be for the team to pro-actively flag any issues that crop up. We tend to have to spot delayed orders etc. We've also had some issues with duplicated items on our invoicing which we have to find and flag ourselves.

Overall, we are very happy with our partnership with Ware2Go. They have significantly contributed to the growth of our e-commerce presence and have ensured that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. We appreciate the new reporting tools in FVU and the team's responsiveness to any issues or inquiries.

The only reason we did not give a 5-star rating is due to the number of warehouse moves we've had to make through Ware2Go. These transitions are often not as smooth as we would like, though we understand the complexities involved. Additionally, while the communication with Ware2Go is frequent and thorough, there have been instances where actions to resolve specific requests have been delayed longer than we would prefer. We understand that we are not their only customer, but to achieve a 5-star rating, we hope to see improvements in these areas. Overall, we are very pleased with our partnership and look forward to mutual success as we continue to grow together.

No matter how great the 3PL, something is going to go sideways at some point. Support is where the rubber meets the road and the W2G support is outstanding. The support team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and runs every problem to ground quickly and efficiently. Another significant benefit is many of the people on the team have been at W2G for years, so I am not reintroducing myself and my unique product issues every time I place a call. I would be lost without Taylor, Laurita, Megan, Brye, Carlton, and the rest of the team - always available and ready to help. Ask yourself this question - "when do you ever call support and your blood pressure goes down?" I never wish for a problem, but I always feel like I'm catching up with old friends whenever I have to place a support call. I hope this doesn't sound over the top because I mean every word of it and it's all true - thank you, team, for your continued support :)!

W2G is light years better than our previouse 3PL. With multiple warehouses to network our inventory with and fast shipping turnarounds, we can keep our direct customers just as happy as those who buy on Amazon. Our client success manager Josh and his team is always available to help and is fast on email and phone. We would use W2G again and recommend them to others!

Our team chose to go with Ware2Go after vetting 21 3PL partners. With several SKUs, multiple bundle configurations, and several warehouses, there is a lot to manage. It is essential to know your partner has integrity, that you can trust them, and that they will own mistakes in the complicated world of fulfillment. Consistently, Josh and his team have recommended the right warehouses, suggested options to save, and have owned mistakes in addition to issuing compensation.

Josh is an excellent communicator, he is incredibly smart and is the reason we feel comfortable working with a large 3PL. Our business is a complicated one and he not only values it, he works to make it even better.

I've read some of the 5 star reviews and I couldn't agree more. We've worked with a few warehouses in Europe and in North America in the last 6 yrs - W2G is way more solution oriented and flexible than other logistics partners. We find the whole team fast and proactive. We raise a ticket about issues big and small, and they're dealt with in hours. The broader business development work has also been very professional and helpful.

The software works well for us too, but it's the culture I'd like to highlight!
