The terms conditions are very unclear on the site. The only way you have to protect your purchase is to pay with PayPal. However, when you pay with PayPal they delay the sale by 4-5 weeks refusing to explain why. A generic message gets kicked out in bad English trying to explain the hold.

I chose to wait and use PayPal. After 4 weeks they then said they were ready to ship but I needed to pay an additional fee for taxes, $290, again broken and unclear explanation as to why this charge was not part of the original sale, then they again wanted to hold PayPal money for 4-5 weeks and delay shipment. I refused this and pushed back on the delay and lack of communication (WhatsApp is the only method they will respond to promptly) Tax is fine but not being upfront about the charge is a scam. They then offered to ship promptly if I sent them the money PayPal Friends & Family (no fee, no protection for me) I canceled the order through PayPal and purchased a new bike from Bikes Direct. Total waist of 6 weeks for nothing. Avoid this seller. Got my new bike from Bikes Direct in 4 days and was pain free.

Scam! Look at the payments they accept. You will not get your money back. they say they accept paypal but as others have noted a paypal payment will not go through and you will be directed to a payment type with no buyer protection. These guys show up in Google shopping with good reviews and I bet they are raking in the money-

I'm extremely satisfied with warehousebike. Their prķoducts are top-notch, and the selection is vast. The team is friendly and provides expert advice. Fast shipping and great prices make them my favorite place for bicycles sports gear!

Only writing one star so that I can make this review. 100% a scam, they insist on making you pay with non refundable services like western union or other money transfer sites. They mark down bikes to make them seem like good deals so that you will buy it. Do not trust this website it is a SCAM

I recently had an extremely negative experience with warehousebike and feel compelled to warn others. I attempted to purchase a bicycle worth around $3,000 and was asked to pay an additional $580 in taxes. The real red flag was their insistence on using Western Union for the payment. This immediately struck me as suspicious and potentially illegal.

Despite my numerous requests to cancel the purchase, they completely ignored my emails and refused to respond. It was only after contacting PayPal that I began to address their fraudulent behavior. Thankfully, I had used PayPal despite their persistent requests to use Western Union, which likely saved me from losing a significant amount of money.

Please stay far away from this company and never use Western Union for any transactions. warehousebike is not trustworthy, and their customer service is non-existent. This experience has been a nightmare, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Highly recommend buying products from this company, because they sell original products at low prices.

I didn't believe it because of the cheap prices, and poor trust test scores, but after doing further research, this shop has been around for a long time and seems to have a good reputation. I ordered the bicycles and it arrived at my doorstep 8 days

Scam. They take your money and disappear.

My buddy ordered a downhill bike from them for around a 2000 dollar discount which is the biggest red flag. It was an older model so maybe he thought they were trying to get rid of older bikes but he’s out a grand now. Don’t buy from them

This Website is total Scam. They first lure the customers by publishing cheaper options on their portal which looks REALLL. However later when the order is placed they don't accept Credit card payment and asks to pay through bank for which they share the ID proof bank details everything. once you pay they again demand for export charges sharing the fake DHL tracking details which will cost more than $500. Once you pay all your money is gone, they block you from all the platforms and cannot be reached.

This is a total scam. Bikes are listed for less then wholesale. Only except payments in ways that you can't get refunded, pictures of the shop does not look like Indonesia looks more like California. They have every bike in every color every size. There's no way I have this inventory.

Check their Instagram page, created 2 months ago, also they have impossible discounts on bikes, but what gices them away is their accessories. The cheapest helmet is 95€ they do that because scaming someone for 15€ is not worth it. That's why there isn't any item for under 20€ a normal store would have cheap items like that.

Watch them starting to list stuff on their website for under 20€ as soon as they read this review.

Only giving them a star so i could type this review. SCAM, SCAM SCAM!!!!! Just like one of the other reviewers, i bought a Giant Propel frame and paid them with a wire transfer, then the additional shipping charges (Approx $1500 US Dollars total) After receiving payment, all communication stopped!!!! I have since sent them plenty of emails and i think they have blocked my email address

I purchased a bike in Sept 2023 and after making payment the communication dried up.
I never received my bike.

On August 3, 2023, I purchased a 2023 Speciliazed SW Levo SL LTD bike from warehousebike.com for $9600 plus $155 shipping fee to California. I paid for the bike and shipping using the site’s Paypal option after receiving written confirmation from Paypal that ebike purchases are covered by Paypal’s buyer protection policy. Within hours of my purchase, Paypal had locked my account and eliminated Buyer protection coverage for all purchases. I have had this Paypal account for more than 20 years, and have used the account to purchase many items from abroad without incident. None of the other payment options accepted by Warehousebike afford any form of buyer protection for non delivery or for shipping a nonconforming or defective product. For other biking enthusiasts who may be enticed by warehousebike’s low prices, caveat emptor!
