Don't buy! They are thieves!
I bought a top back in September and returned it on the 28th of September. Still no refund. Everytime I contact them they tell me to wait another week. Today they said it would be done on the 1st of November. I have NEVER dealt with a company like this. This is horrible and very upsetting. What an awful company!!

Ordered a set for a wedding which looked beautiful online but was, sadly, very different in reality. The blazer was oversized to a comedic degree and the jumpsuit featured very structured, stiff legs that looked clown-like. Gave me and the husband a good chuckle. I returned immediately.
Frustratingly, Warehouse only refunded me for one of the two-piece items, but as soon as pointed it out, Jacqueline in the customer services team was so helpful and sorted it out very swiftly. Thanks Jacqueline! Here’s hoping my next order will be more successful.

This was outstanding customer service from Warehouse! Not only did I love my order and it provided me with the perfect birthday dress, but also Rochelle on the Warehouse customer help desk was an absolute angel! I hadn’t updated my shipping address on my order and only realised the morning after I had placed the order and had paid for next day delivery. I messaged the Warehouse help desk and Rochelle responded really quickly and clearly explaining how difficult it was to change the address but she went above and beyond and managed to successfully redirect my order to my new address even after the package had left the warehouse so that it arrived to my actual address! This was a huge relief the day before my birthday party - thank you Rochelle
