Worst experience ever, ordered a T-shirt for a birthday present and it's been 2 weeks now, not had any updates for dispatch so got hold of the customer service and all i keep getting is fobbed off with "we have left a note with the warehouse team" asked for my order to just be cancelled at this point and they won't even do that! Scammers
I ordered a T-shirt a month ago and have yet to receive it.
On contacting the store 3 weeks after I place the order I got a polite mail back - standard regret bla - bla - but the shirt has not arrived yet, and I have had no responses to my follow up mail.
This is not an isolated instance. My girlfriend also shopped at the site and had a similar experience.
