Advice, don’t buy it

One star for the heater, small cheap looking, coloured plastic with gold plastic trim. It’s just a fan heater, there is no ceramic element. Price is twice or maybe three times what a fan heater would cost. It has a two pin plug so needs adapter for UK. It has two settings warm or hot. No thermostat cut off. It does cut off if lifted from floor and has to be used on a hard floor to activate this lower pressure sensor. It’s no good for heating up a large room, ok for round a desk area to keep chill off when working, but it is not economical or effective enough to be used as a main source of heat. There is no product information in the box.Five stars for deceptive advertising, the photos show a quality product, not the cheap plastic flimsy item it turns out to be. Five stars for false claims, it is not a ceramic heater, it doesn’t come from any Nordic country unless China has relocated, and five stars for conning people out of their hard earned money.

Don't be a fool!

Let's be clear. I haven't bought this product, not do I intend to. But seriously, have people out there never heard of the old adage that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is? A product that claims to run on virtually no input cost but heat a room by 20 degrees in 15 minutes? Really? Do people not realise that whatever a scammer may claim, Newton's Laws and the Laws of Thermodynamics still apply? Honestly, if people have bought any of these, more fool them.

False advertising

I feel bad for everyone who has paid money out for this con! ,its not cheap. It annoys me that people can get away with these daylight robberies. False information. It shouldn't be aloud at all ! thank you guys for the reviews.iv seen the 5 stars and u can tell they are fake. Yes it sounds like a drop shipping company. So glad I have not paid any money for this.what gets me upset is that they pray on people's weak points. About their energy bills will be cut in half ect..thank god for trust pilot!

Scam unit - avoid.

Thankfully my credit card company refunded me after opening a fraud complaint. Buying this so YOU DON'T HAVE TO. Beware of its claims, it's just a cheap ceramic heater with a computer fan in it. All of its 5* reviews are fake. May be worth checking out KrazyKen or bigclive on youtube, who also debunks these gimmick heaters. I now have to send this back to China for my part of "getting refunded" when Warmool finally responded to my numerous times of contact.
You can buy these mini space heaters cheap on Aliexpress. These are those, but dropshipped from a fraudulent company.

So far a good experience

So far a good experience. I have gas ducted heating and am dreading the bill this winter so I thought I would try the Warmool. At night I put in on in our family room and I sit about 3m away to watch TV. I am as warm as toast. The room is large with open plan kitchen, dining and TV area and that space certainly has the chill off it. A half hour before bed I turn on the other one in the bedroom. It is very cosy when I go to bed and turn it off. They must have different models as mine only has the off high or low button. The big test will be the electricity bill, that is the unknown at the moment.

Totally useless

Totally useless. Not what it’s cracked up to be. DO NOT BUY !!! Does not deserve even 1 star. The heat is lucky to reach 2 foot in front and only in a direct line. There is no force. No way it warms up any room no matter how small. Also the indication is this is an Australian innovation created in Australia but it ships from China

Melted into power point.

Was happy with this heater whilst it was working - about 3 months, then the adapter plug melted into the power point. Not suitable for Australian conditions. Don't waste your money on this product.

Happy at first, but ...

I have to report no problems at all after 3 months with my little Warmool heater chugging away as I sit at my PC working with 11 deg.C outside my 3 x 5 metre bedroom. I haven't yet got my power bill, but I have found this little unit ideal for keeping my feet warm and the bedroom just at the right temp. I don't like really warm rooms. I turn on the hotter setting to start up and the room is quickly comfortable. I feel very sorry for those who've had such a bad rap - but perhaps the designers and manufacturers had ironed out some problems by the time I got my heater - and it arrived quickly, too. The one safety feature I like is that it won't work on carpet - this is very good design. I'm thinking of getting one for my bathroom, which is an icebox in winter, as is my bedroom/office, usually. The heater's not noisy, either.
++ But one year on, Warmool's plug appears to be faulty; I have to keep jiggling it in order for the heater to work.

WARMOOL HEATERS A SCAM

3 x Warmool unsafe heaters cost me alot of money.
I was trying to save $ on high energy costs in Vic. Aust. this winter.
The heaters are not energy efficient.
They cost a fortune to run.
Seriously strange sly company.
They did not answer my questions as to where I can send back the heaters for a total refund.
My reason being : the heaters were not as described, are unsafe & not energy efficient at all.
They just said I could have a replacement heater.
Seriously!!!
They are shipped from Italy not Australia.
Do Not Waste Your Money.
They are Scammers.
I want my money back.
They are stealing our money & putting our safety at risk.

Should be taken off the market.

This heater needs to be taken off the market as a defect. We bought 2. First one melted into the power outlet. We sent it back and they sent a replacement. The second caused a power shortage. After reading many reviews since, I am shocked that this is still on the market. DANGEROUS PRODUCT!

Three reasons NOT to buy this product

1 cord too short
2. Three prong plug upside down and keeps pulling itself out of the outlet. Must be supported vertically to stay in outlet
3. Took 2 hours to barely take chill off 15'x18' bedroom
Would Not Recommend this product

Not Good!

Just got it today with hopes it would make heating my lounge affordable.Tried it in the bathroom first but didn't heat the room much in fact the air blasting from it made me cold so no hopes it will work in a larger room, very disappointed.
