The ring was such good quality and the delivery was quite fast (it was delayed a bit but that was the delivery company's fault).

It’s good that the return costs money! What a strange start for a review isn’t it? But after trying it out the first time I didn’t like it and wanted to return it. I found out that it costed €7,95. So I started thinking… resell or return? The day after I had a different outfit on and I took off some jewelry I already had. And I absolutely loved the look! So I decided to keep the bracelet 😊. Quality is really good and enough rings to adjust for a good fit!

as described in the email, the label with the extra note "Can't be returned, once removed" was missing from your return and all items had already taken on an odor. Here we can not assume that the products have not been worn before. In addition, one of the chains was scratched and showed signs of use. It is not a "stupid excuse" that we can no longer sell the jewelry due to hygenic as well as aesthetic (scratched items). Sterling silver is also real silver used for preferably as it is not as soft as full silver. That this is 925 sterling silver is also described in the product description and you should have been aware of this when buying, as well as the price.

The order was fine, although I had to return it as it was too big. The down side was I waited over a week for it and as it was only coming from the EU i had hoped to receive it sooner.
