Stay Away – Scam Tactics and Nonexistent Support
I strongly advise staying away from WarpVideo.ai. Once they have your money, don’t expect to see any of it back – even though they claim to offer refunds in their terms and conditions. In practice, they ignore refund requests completely.
Their support is non-functional. The email address they provide bounces back, and their Discord – which they advertise as a place to ask for help – is a ghost town. Zero response from anyone, including the supposed team.
This company operates like a scam: no support, no accountability, and no refunds. You’re better off looking elsewhere for a video solution that values customer trust.
