While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

⭐☆☆☆☆ “Independent”… until you look at it

This isn’t a comparison site — it’s a sales funnel pretending to be research.
• Mixes review platforms to suit the outcome
• Gives one provider a perfect 5.0 (because of course it does)
• Buries established, lender-approved providers using complaint-heavy data
• Zero transparency on how any scores are actually calculated

“Data-driven” apparently means picking whichever data makes the preferred partner win.

Fake Warranty review Website

Fake Warranty review site. No 3rd party would ever know the surveyor response times for any warranty firm because all building projects are different. So there is no comparables for this type of data. It also appears to have been produced by one of the warranty companies on this list using AI in a way to promote their own company. Inaccurate, obviously fake and no contact details whatsoever on the site. What a scam. Trading Standards will be all over this one.
