Perfect service from start to finish

Perfect service from start to finish. Booking was easy with a very pleasant and helpful receptionist. A message was sent immediately to confirm my booking and 15 minutes before my taxi arrived, a message was delivered informing me of the arrival time and a full description of the taxi (registration, make and model). On dropping me off, the taxi driver was extremely polite and told me to stay safe. First class service and amazing customer care.

Amazing taxi service

I used direct taxis to take me into Manchester and pick me back up on a night out.My driver Paul (number 022) was on time, both pick up and drop off, friendly and professional.

Abba cars could learn something from this company!

Luke, great driver

Luke was our driver, he was conscientious, funny and understanding that we were slightly late from our meal. He made 2 stops on the way home and was very polite. Great service! Will definitely use again.

Jack was my driver tonight great…

Jack was my driver tonight great service was exactly 20 mins long as I asked especially on a Friday definitely be ordering again fantastic.
