Trying to get a refund!!!

I ordered a bag from them, I made a direct bank transfer. At the next day I was informed that my order was cancelled as the bag had sold out. I informed them that I made a direct bank transfer the day before; they informed me that I will get a refund. Almost two weeks have gone by and still no refund and of course no reply to my email. How long does it take for a refund from one European bank to another European bank??So, they actually keep my money for an order that does not 'actually exist'! That is called 'stealing'!I wont buy from them again!
