Had an amazing gin tasting experience for my friends Birthday … it was great from start to finish with a lot of gin tasting and great to hear how it all started … Olivia and Mac were lovey and did a fantastic job .. thank you for making our day fab .. would definitely recommend ⭐

I bought tickets in December as a Christmas present they were valid for 12 months ,when I came to book I was told the price had increased so had to pay the extra increase to be able to book the gin experience, reluctantly I paid extra but thought what a cheek especially as they were valid for 12 months from purchase.

During the night my wife took ill that morning I emailed Warwickshire Gin Company explaining the situation I also out or courtesy phone them expecting/hoping to be able to rebook another date , I was told bluntly that I would not be allowed to do this nor get a refund as I did not give 7 days notice of my wife’s illness..! Unfortunately I can’t see 7 days into the future.

Warwickshire Gin Company is a small business selling a product that many other bigger companies produce, I was quoted that these other bigger companies wouldn’t give me a refund or able to reschedule another date , unfortunately your not a big company so being polite and respectful and sympathetic of a customers situation would be very beneficial if you want to make an impact in the business and grow . This goes along way in customer service and good business as a happy customer is a returning customer and will tell others of your experience… I will definitely and have already told others of this experience.
And definitely would not recommend Warwickshire Gin Company. Plenty other gins in the world .

Excellent evening at the Warwickshire Gin Company. Fascinating talk explaining the processes involved and the history behind each different flavoured Gin.
Well worth going to.
