I also contacted the company with questions regarding the bespoke will and their response was quick and they were very helpful.
Excellent app for organising all of your personal documents, accounts, assets and liabilities. Planning for the worst scenarios is always difficult but this app made it easy for me to upload and save all of my personal documents in a vault which my partner and my solicitor can get full access to should anything ever happen to me. The digital will solution is also a Godsend if your personal assets and liabilities are changing every year because you can keep a separate register of assets and liabilities and update them as frequently as you like. Your will is then automatically linked to these registers so that your executor knows exactly what your up-to-date assets and liabilities are when settling your estate. I prefer using the web app more than the phone app given how much data needs to be put in.

I got this app a month ago and I’m using it mainly for organising my documents and it is so easy to create different tags for different types of documents and files that I want to store. I find it so easy to use and it has the added benefit of creating important documents I might need like contracts. I highly recommend.
I’ve used it to set up a will and now I’m tracking my children’s milestones and memories too. I like that you can just start your will and go back to it when you have the time.
