I liked how straight forward it was to use their website, I just upload all my documents and left it to them. They were quick to process the information and get back to me with my report which I found was easy to understand. I received a great price because I had 3 properties to be surveyed. I found the gentleman I spoke to over the phone pleasant to talk to and this put my mind at ease entrusting Washington and Brown to do our depreciation reports.
