Excellent customer service.

This was a challenging role to fulfill and Joseph Cullum was outstanding with his customer service from start to finish.

He kept me informed, sourced excellent candidates and gave me sound advice (that was used) to change the direction of the recruitment.

His knowledge and credibility are outstanding.

He is honestly an asset to the business.

Good result!

We had a need for a full time SAP B1 developer. However, WF have so far not been able to source one; which is reflective of the market at the moment. However, they did find a sub-contractor for the short-term, and although it is very early days, we believe he will be a great asset to FUEL.

Who is supposed to do the work?

Not sure of the WF process, as it felt we did a lot of the leg work with the candidate (i.e. schedule interviews, and slow response time from WF contact). When I went through this process earlier this year, it seemed WF handled just about everything.
