Fantastic product - does exactly what it says on the box and provides the plus to personal hygiene. Easy to install, easy to use with great service and prompt delivery from Washloo.

Fast delivery, well packaged, smart toilet seat 'Classic' works as expected and instruction manual was accurate to allow pre-checks on toilet before purchase.
Only issue I had personally, was my hose attachment to the T-piece needed a few wraps of PTFE to stop weeping/drip.

I .My husband has PD & I have arthritis. Our washloo is not just a luxury toilet. It’s to us an essential . They are very easy to use and the staff in washloo are incredible Their aftercare is amazing. I would highly recommend this product.

Think I have written before but just would like to say great service ,great company and a really great toilet

This is my second Washloo. I bought a model with a remote control a few years ago for my downstairs cloakroom. For my main bathroom, I spent four times as much money on a bidet/toilet with infra-red flush etc. A few weeks ago, after only about 3 years, it completely failed and I was quoted almost as much to replace the PCB as it would have cost to replace the whole thing. I decided to get rid of it and replace it with a modern, rimless wall hung pan and a Washloo as I had never experienced any problems with the first one. I went for the one with the integrated control panel as it means I don’t have to change batteries. I am delighted and wish I had done this in the first place. The Washloo means I use far less toilet paper and it keeps me much cleaner, which is why I bought the first one. I am 73 and one of the most common things that cause old fogey’s like me to end up in hospital is UTI’s. Hopefully, I will avoid putting even more pressure on the NHS. Oh, and it is so nice having a warm toilet seat!

Arrived as expected, seems to be all in one piece. Will not install for a few months but so far so good.

I ordered the Washloo Finesse smart toilet seat, which I got VAT-free due to ongoing painful medical condition that is affecting my thumb and hand. I got some really good advice over the phone from a very helpful guy before purchasing. He was very approachable and knowledgable, and helped me to make sure I selected the correct model to fit my existing toilet. Once all of my questions were answered, I placed my order online via the special VAT-free link that he emailed to me. The toilet seat arrived very quickly, and was fitted by my plumber, who also happens to be a fully qualified electrician as well. There were no problems with installation onto the existing pipe that feeds the cistern, apart from he had to swap the washers that came with the kit for fibre ones, due to a slight leakage. Even the electric supply was easy. He managed to make use of an electric cable used for an existing electric towel heater, so just needed to add a new sealed socket. This toilet seat truly is the best product I've bought in many years, and I know I would not be able to cope without it now. It's made a massive difference to how I am able to manage with my limited hand and thumb movement. Even my husband loves the lit up toilet bowl at night, the silent soft close seat and lid, and the lovely warm heated seat. I find myself using this on every single visit I make to the loo now, even if it's just a quick wee during the night. I absolutely love it and can't recommend it highly enough. It looks really high-tech and modern with its digital display on the back. I've already told loads of people about how good this product is. My plumber liked it so much he's planning to buy one for his Mum as a Christmas present. It's drastically reduced the amount of toilet paper I need to buy too, which will go some way towards off-setting the purchase cost. The dryer works well enough without needing to use even a single sheet for the back end of business, but is too gentle to make much of a difference to front bottoms (hence the need for a small amount of toilet paper still). For anyone struggling with dexterity, or even if you just want to feel clean and fresh at all times, you really can't beat having one of these toilet seats. It's so hygienic too, as you only need to touch a button or two on the remote control unit, which I have attached at easy reach on the wall next to the toilet.

This company is so helpful, after a number of phone calls about their Smart Loos, nothing was too much trouble. A Family run business and a big shout out to Oliver, also his mum as had to change delivery dates 3 times due to road closures in our village. In process of building Wet Room and should be fitted within the next two weeks, looks the part and sure it will be fantastic. Have our neighbours waiting to use it !!!!!!!!!!!

Have finally had our new toilet/bidet fitted and are very happy with the result. Looks to be a well made and robust unit too. Would thoroughly recommend.
