Arrived onsame day as call to treat wasps nest. Treatment worked very quickly.

Very unsatisfactory experience at first when an inexperienced waspbuster arrived and failed to find nest. Hassled by rottweilers in accounts department but somebody eventually grabbed the problem and sent a nice operator to deal with the nest. This company needs to up its game on customer services if things don’t go according to plan. I was probably unlucky but it was infuriating at times. A good job done in the end.

Very pleasant staff both on phone and in person. Dealt with wasp problem and came back when we suspected further issue with no additional cost. Fully explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend

On there first visit I wasn’t that impressed with the technician as he was here for all about 10mins he didn’t check the roof space and just sprayed in the area of which he thought was the entrance point to the wasp nest and gave me know real information. As a result of this, the wasp nest hadn’t been dealt with properly and the wasps were still present and the problem had persisted. I had to make another appointment for them to come back although having to wait a full week due to there policy! This was very frustrating as I had builders come and do some work on the roof and guttering and they couldn’t continue because of the wasp infestation. When I had made another appointment there next availability was a further 4 days on top of the week I had to wait to ensure the wasps were still present on the premises, this was very frustrating. I booked for them to come out on the Friday morning and had a phone call from the company to say they will have to cancel there visit as 3 of there technicians had called in sick that morning and I had reschedule yet again! I was loosing the will to live at this point as I also had to deal with builders becoming very impatient and frustrated as you can imagine, also from my point of view being put in a very difficult situation and not being able to do anything about it. So eventually they came out on the Saturday morning, with a nice technician called Harry who dealt with the issue and actually went in the roof space to which he could locate the wasp nest and spray it directly. To whom I’m very grateful for and if I could give technicians separate ratings I would give him 5 stars!!!! It’s a shame as all of this could of been avoided if the original technician that came out to me first actually bothered to look in the roof space and analyse the whole situation. It’s a shame as this was my first impression of the company. I’m glad that the wasp nest has been taken care of but perhaps they should look at some of their technicians and provide them with better people skills or employee people that actually can be bothered to provide the service that there advertising! Were helpful on the phone. Came back second time to retreat nest, no problems. Able to book appointments for next day. Mrs Bailey

Came at short notice at a weekend and were reliable as to timing etc. Good service.

Fast service and the young chap that sorted the wasp nest was very nice and efficient, had the job done in about 5 minutes.
The only thing wrong was the price £190.00 compared to £30.00 our usual guy charges, SHAME HE WAS ON HOILDAY wont be using again

The service was prompt but very expensive as the operator was in attendance for 15 mins only He did not have a ladder in his van so borrowed mine ; A couple of squirts from his sprayer and he was gone .
AT £189.00 for that service was extortionate. . I will certainly not recommend or use your Company again . M. Thurston

Swift response. One short visit and no more wasps seen within 12 hours. Still no sign after a week. Very happy!
