Horrible service
Horrible service, it started of with me trying to figure out how everything worked. Bad onboarding, high threshold to get a grip of things. And if you ask support the answer they'll give is 'just talk to our ai agent they can help'.
The agent doesn't help, it's a generic chatgpt agent that gives very generic answer that are impossible to find in the software itself.
Maybe train your staff a little harder, this is just bad business and bad customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
