I am waiting my delivery for 3 weeks now so why I paid for the shipping ??

Not sure I will receive my order at all and this is unacceptable... never order anything here

I ordered from a Polish store and everything was ok. I went to England and ordered from an English store! Not only did I wait forever for the parcel, but I am still waiting for the refund and I sent the parcel back in August. from what I can see, the store closed and disappeared along with my money. I see that others were also deceived!!! I hired a lawyer, I won't leave it like that!!!!

Please please do not purchase from this company they are scammers
The quality of clothing is so bad and I had to return everything, now they are not giving me a refund and have had to get Klarna to intervene.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased multiple items. Kept the dress I liked which wasn’t as nice as the pictures and sent the others back. I’ve been trying to get a refund for months. No one will reply to your emails. They are now rebranding which I will leave a review on the rebranding site also! Lost quite a lot of money!

Absolutely disgusting....Avoid at all costs! I ordered a dress. It arrived OK but I didn't lie it so I returned my item for a refund. Have not heard anything for weeks. I checked royal mail site and can see it had been received by them but now the website has completely disappeared so can't contact them at all. I have emailed and nothing. I have now raised a dispute through PayPal so hopefully I'll get my money back at some point

I ordered from them a couple years ago. Sent back an item that apparently they never received until I wrote a negative review, they sent me an email saying my refund is on the way and asking if I could remove the review. I've decided to try again, ordered a couple of things and sent back one item. I have been waiting for the refund for 10 weeks and still no sign of it despite sending multiple emails. Waste of money and the worst customer service ever

Absolutely AWFUL company. Ordered start of June. My delivery was a month late. The clothes were awful quality. I wanted to return, I emailed and rang the company not a single answer for weeks. I have opened a dispute with the company of my bank to get a refund and that is a long process. I sent the parcel back to the adress given on the receipt with the clothes. Tracked Royal Mail sent it back with a note saying ‘gone away’. 3 months later still no reply from them, a bag of crap clothes and £250 down.

If I could no stars I would!!! Ordered in June took over a month to deliver with no communication, they clothes come up way too small and some items missing. I sent them back and I have not received Andy response or the refund. The phone number rings out and the email is pointless as no reply’s

Ordered month ago they cancelled my order bu no refund given. No communication. The website is down. Its a scam! Over 100£ spend and all I got is stress! Give me my money back!!!!!!!!!

If I could give it a zero I would! Absoloute joke of a company. Its such a shame because I do like the clothes. Ordered over a month ago £100 worth of items. Supposed to be 10 days shipping on the 15th day or later received 1 email saying its on its way then another seconds later saying that it is being refunded. I have had no refund the shocking customer service that they don't have said they will look into it. Left comments on the social media as everyone else's reviews say they have been blocked. Even worse the website says they are not taking orders at the moment and opening soon. So I am assuming they are opening a new website due to ripping so many people off and all the negative reviews. I will be attending their registered address office if I do not receive a refund by the end of the week. Even with the refund they were trying to issue me half of my money back. What a joke. And I see they have one in poland aswell happy scamming for them!!!!

Worst customer service/ company I’ve ever purchased from. They took a month to deliver the items. I’ve returned them through Klarna and took another 6 weeks to only refund me less than a quarter of the amount of the purchase. They never respond to any emails. Don’t buy from them. Appalling.

Like all the other reviews. Returned 2 dresses they said they only received one. PayPal don’t wanna know and I’m now out of pocket by £60 avoid this company

Order from them in June still having received my refund from them they are calming they didn’t receive my parcel I got proof by Royal Mail they have got it will never order from them again £80 down

Do not order from here, my order took weeks to arrive and when it did the quality wasn’t great. I sent all the items back and haven’t received any refund and got no response from all the emails and messages I’ve sent for over 4 weeks. Absolute joke of a company.

I ordered from this site for the first time, only after my purchase I began reading the reviews and was a bit worried that I wouldn’t receive my items but today my dresses arrived and fit perfectly. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

It will take weeks and weeks for your items to arrive (if they even do)
Poor quality and when you return them you will be without the items and won’t be refunded!!
They will block you on all forms of social media if you make a fuss and ignore your messages.
They are either scammers or in financial difficulty!
Raise disputes with your banks - they shouldn’t be allowed to take our money!!

Before ordering, I looked at reviews and they seemed mixed so risked it and ordered two outfits that were way over priced for what they were!
Firstly, after three weeks of not receiving anything I decided to contact PayPal to cancel the order. After PayPal contacted the company, they finally decided to send my items…4 weeks after buying.
The quality was awful and nothing like the pictures. Sizing is completely wrong too. So I returned them on the same day. They received the items but did not refund me. It took over a month of me trying to contact them and raising a claim with PayPal before getting a refund. The company ignored every message and email I sent.
Save yourself the hassle and do not order!

The most poor quality bikini in my life. Cost 49£ and I cannot return.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE CLOTHES LOOKED LOVELY ON THE WEBSITE, BUT THE QUSLITY WAS TERRIBLE. I SENT ALL ITEMS BACK 6 WEEKS AGO AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. THEY HAVE BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK SO ALL MY MESSAGES ARE NOT GOING THROUGH. I FOUND A MOBILE NUMBER SO I CALLED IT AND A MAN LAUGHED AT ME AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN.
