Costumer service has only answered because I opened up a case against them on PayPal.
Wouldn’t recommend to order there.
I don’t know if I’ll receive anything I ordered but regardless I wouldn’t ever order again with this treatment.
Rather support different small businesses or boutiques as they call themselves.

Very good quality, my favorite brand by far.. nice designs and clothes, love it🤟🏽

No tracking number, no answers on email, wrote 3 emails! Terrible

Only 2/3 items came. £30 necklace was not in the package and so I emailed them. They didn’t respond for a few days so I DM’d them on Instagram. From there we exchanged emails a couple of times and they were very rude and told me that they had sent it. No proof on their part or anything. Never got a refund or the item.

Never again! No communication from "customer service" and delivery to a collection point instead of my home adress which I paid for.

I wanted to retour 2 pieces because they were too small
One piece was a small but on the site it stood a M
They didnt accept my retour i dont know why, they wrote for the reason the letter a lol

It’s been over a month and i still have no package. Sent multiple e-mails with no response. Bad customer service and very bad shipping.

I bought two shirts and as one of them is not the size I ordered, I would have liked to return it. Turns out I can't find any information about returning on their page and thet are not answering their email. Please do not buy from this company, it is a waste of money

I ordered two items. One got delivered, the other one is marked as delivered in the same package but there was only one of the items in the package. I wrote them 6! mails with no response. And there's no way to get my money back either.

Took them a month to ship wrong order, I only received 1 out of 3 ordered items. Just terrible costumer experience all around.

I have nothing good to say about this company. I bought a shirt from them for €40 and after i washed it with cold water, the design on the shirt was gone. The quality of the clothes is bad. I will not buy anything from them again. I never write reviews but this company needs to change the quality of the clothes.

Dont bye anything from Wasted Paris. They are too slow to send intens and to slow to pay you back when you return items.

I‘ve order from them once and won‘t order from them ever again. First of all they take to long to proceed your order and ship it (bring it to their post service). It took 2 weeks until they finally shipped my order out.
Secondly the clothing is really not great for what the asking price is (especially the stitching on one hoodie was made very poorly). They also just sent me a wrong size because the size I ordered was out of stock as I found out. The sizing is also really off, runs ever too big or very small.
Then finally after requesting a return and refund, it took them now 5! weeks to even give a response email and now they give me a voucher code instead of my money back.
It just seems to me they do as they please and make up their own rules. I had to write them 4! E-Mails stating explicitly that I want my sent money back either on PayPal or to my bank. No response still!
Let’s now see how long it will take them to respond to my Instagram request and sent me my money back.
One tip for them: Do less sales and get yourself a good functioning customer and fulfillment service before you do sales and flood yourselves with order you don’t have the time or desire? for to fulfill

They dont answer questions. I made an order and within seconds I realized it was the wrong size. I immediately contacted them and since then I have written 4! times without a single reply. Now I have to return their shipment and reorder the new item. Total cost for shipping 24 eur. :(

I bought a hooded sweatshirt from this store (paid € 100).
After a week they sent me an email telling me that the hooded sweatshirt was not in stock and to choose another one.
I sent a reply with another product at the same price, but they did not answer.
So, I paid € 100 for nothing.

So I ordered a Hoodie from the site, and received the wrong one. They did not answer any of my mails, in which i asked for a refund, or at least the item i had ordered. No communacation is available, poor brand. Not satisfyed, with my wasted money.
