Absolutely love this company, love the products and above all love the customer service you get. The materials on the tshirts I bought is second to none and always a 10/10 for fit and comfort. I mucked up my order at my end, sent an email and the team went above and beyond to make sure what I wanted was what I got, despite my error.

Incredible service. I ordered Tuesday pm but ordered wrong size and mailed asking if I could change and is there any way I can get it for friday. I got a mail back first thing wed saying all sorted for size and they would see what they could do on delivery. Its thursday lunchtime and it just arrived. T shirt is absolutely spot on, fits perfectly and looking forward to wearing it out. Thanks!

Good morning, I want to express my sincere gratitude to this store for their promptness with my order in Spain. I bought a t-shirt, and although I was worried it wouldn't arrive on time, it arrived in perfect condition and right on schedule. It's also super cool. Thanks to the whole team and Derek for their efficient service; thanks to them, the gift arrived on time!

Brilliant customer service! I e-mailed on Monday to see if my order could arrive before Good Friday, and they got back to me straight away saying they’d try. It arrived on time and the t‑shirt quality is great too.

I have ordered a few T-shirts from these now, and I have yet to be disappointed. They are good quality and always arrive in good time. In fact the last order arrived within a few days after I asked if they could rush it for me to wear at a gig that weekend. It was despatched the very next day, and at no extra charge! Absolutely brilliant! Can not fault the guys and gals at Wasted Heroes, and will definitely be buying again!

For once I clicked on an Instagram ad and it wasn’t a drop-shipper lol. I live down under and took a chance and ordered two tees and was extremely happy when they arrived. High-quality, thin cotton (none of that cheap, itchy rubbish you sometimes get), with an excellent cut and of course, killer designs from a range that just keeps getting better. I could not be happier and will be ordering more. Love the back-story and the care and attention in what they do.

I have never used Wasted Hero’s before and I found them through a google search. We ordered 2 T shirts for a gig next week on Wednesday 11/02/26 and they have just arrived on 13/02/26- excellent service! The t shirts are a really high quality and the print colours are really vivid. I will definitely order again, the only thing I think would be good was if you could consider offering a women’s fitted t shirt in the future.

Great T-shirt that was made to order, wouldn't usually spend this much on a T but wanted it for an event, after ordering i saw the delivery got it in after the event so sent a message asking for a favour. No overpromises made, arrives in half the time planned with 2 days to spare.

Ordered two T-Shirts that needed quick shipping due to a holiday. I messaged the guys at Wasted Heroes to see if, on the off chance, they could ship the items faster. Received a response within minutes confirming they would ensure they were sent the same day in time for holiday. Great experience and customer service! Highly recommend.

Just discovered this independent clothing brand, and I'm in love! Wicked designs, great quality, amazing service. I'd left it a bit late buying my t-shirts before my trip to IBZ next week, but Derek was able to arrange speedy delivery. Will 100% be back for more... :-)

I had my eye on t shirts from wasted heroes for a while then spotted an offer for 15% off so took the plunge and ordered 3. Upon ordering it was stated that it could take up to 7-10 days for orders to be despatched which was fine because as long as a company is up front with delivery times then your expectations are managed. The t shirts arrived and were tremendous quality and most importantly actually looked like what I had ordered on line in terms of colours and designs which isn’t always the case when you order on line due to light conditions in the photos etc so I was really pleased these arrived as I had envisaged them. I had mistakenly ordered a wrong item so I got in touch with Derek who advised me to return it with a note stating what it was I was looking for and he would organise an exchange. The new item arrived within 5 days and is exactly what I was looking for. I am about a 40 inch chest and the size medium in “normal” was a nice slim fit on me but I’d say go up a size if you want a baggier fit or go for the oversize option as there are plenty of choices on their website and good info on sizing. I’ll be using this company again for t shirts given the quality and variety of designs and the great customer service i received

I’ve just received my second order from wasted heroes, the quality of the fabrics and print used are top notch and I always get lots of compliments when wearing them, I’ve got sweatshirts and T-shirts and I can’t fault either of them plus the customer service is gold standard, I would most definitely recommend, especially for when you’re feeling a bit nostalgic about the good ol’ days!!

I placed an order well in advance of a festival and even emailed ahead to confirm it would dispatch on time. They assured me it would be marked for the required date. After that, I heard nothing for a week. The deadline came and went, and only when I chased them did they respond—saying their equipment was broken. I had to cancel the order. Poor communication and unreliability. Don’t waste your time.
