Delivered wrong address, still awaiting feedback

I really like the fishing shirt I bought and the price was decent but it took a long time to get delivered. I eventually had to phone Watamu and only then was my item dispatched via courier.

Great quality products delivered timeously. Great value for money.

Correspondence definitely needs improvement.

The sizes are too big and I sent an email but no response.
It's almost 3 weeks

Was contacted telephonically on Thursday ,and given options .
Order confirmed.
In less than 20 hours my order was delivered.

All the long sleeve shirts are to big. I sent an email on 29 November requesting an exchange as the website says "free and easy returns". To date no feedback received. I phoned today and was told i have to courier the items back at my expense and pay to have it sent back to me. So much for "Free and Easy Exchange". First and definitely my last purchase.
