I had 3 individual watched batteies replaced and the watches professionally cleaned by Gary and I’m very pleased with the service. The work was completed quickly, the watch looks great, and everything was done with care. Friendly staff, fair pricing, and excellent attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them and will return for future watch repairs and servicing.

Had my Tag heuer watch repaired here. They are a TAG Heuer service centre and did it in an hour with a water test. Top blokes in there. Highly recommend.

I have a bit of a watch obsession and take all my watches to them for minor things like batteries and also for servicing and repairs on my more expensive pieces
The prices are far more reasonable than a jewellery shop who have to send back to the original manufacturer

What excellent service. I contacted Watxh Hub and explained the problem that I had with my watch. I was quoted a price for repair including return postage. I followed the instructions and sent my watch by tracked post. The repair was carried out and my watch returned by tracked post within two weeks and it is perfect. I was invoiced for the price quoted.

These guys are great! Fixed up my old and crashed Seiko pilot’s watch when even Seiko UK couldn’t and I thought it was headed for the scrapyard.
Service was brilliant. Excellent comms, clear quote, fast turnaround. My watch has regained its wings, keeps very accurate time, all the complications work perfectly and with its new face is as good as new after 25years of rough and tumble. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys for your cherished timepieces. I am currently trying to locate some of my other world weary watches for them to revamp. Thank you very much indeed.

Excellent service for my Breitling Emergency One – highly recommend!

I recently used Watch Hub to change the batteries on my Breitling Emergency One, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Dealing with an Emergency model can sometimes be a bit stressful given the technical nature of the watch, but the team at Watch Hub made the entire process seamless.
Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the customer service was incredibly reassuring. On top of that, they offered a very competitive price compared to other quotes I received, and the turnaround time was remarkably quick.
It is hard to find a watch specialist you can truly trust, but Watch Hub delivered on every front. I will definitely be using them again. Five stars!

Called Watch Hub explained what repair was needed to my watch , sent to them by registered post. They gave me a call the next day agreed on price for repair. Within 4 weeks it was repaired and sent back by registered post. Cracking job on the repair. Very professional on the phone , will definitely use again.

Watch Hub in Peterborough is an excellent, highly professional watch repair company. I took in a micro-brand watch with a broken quartz movement expecting it to be unrepairable. Nathan sourced a new movement and repaired the watch and it now keeps absolutely perfect time. Customer service, value for money and communication were superb and I will definitely be using this company for any future watch repairs, strap adjustments and battery replacements.

Having initially left 4 watches with a supposedly expert repair shop in Hatton Garden, only to have all 4 returned to me months later with various reasons why they could not be repaired, I chanced upon Watchhub.

I could not have been more pleased with their service. They communicated quickly with a range of options all clearly priced for each watch. The procedure for sending the watches to them was easy and they were returned to me as part of the service all in good time.
