I ordered the watch at 8.30am on Tuesday,I received a tracking number 25 minutes later. The watch arrived at my house at 1.30 pm on Wednesday. The watch is fantastic and I will definitely use this company again. The service is very good and communication is excellent. Thank you very much.

Now, having received the watch I ordered, I must say I was impressed by the whole process. My order was dispatched super, super fast - like, impossible to beat. First the good things
First the good things, WatchClick shipped the Casio that wasn't available anywhere else at this point very fast and it arrived at the end facility in five days.
Sadly GLS lost my package. The communication with GLS was horrible! But the communication with WatchClick was great. We talked about shipping a replacement (wich wasn't suitable for me. it was a birthday present and would have been to late because of the GLS) and the refund.
First WatchClick told me they would have to wait for the official statement from GLS but after the Package was lost for 2 Weeks they refunded me.
The costumer service was always nice and tried their best. The response was always quick. The only issue seems to be GLS.
I would order from them again, if it wasn't for GLS.
