I received the watch yesterday
I received the watch yesterday. I thought it was a Galaxy active 2 ..I decided to buy it for my husband and when I got it yesterday I was very disappointed in the poor quality that this watch is made of.. I hope they answer me and give me a refund and let me send this back to them.. looks really can be deceiving because the website looks like great quality watches but they are awful.

Sent a faulty used watch
Sent a faulty used watch. Tried to contact, and they use different retailers so cannot send things back to them. I clicked on a return form but they did not send it to me. Absolute joke and nightmare of a company, will throw the watch in the bin.

No watch and no refund!
Outsourced the item I was trying to purchase to a company called Fruugo. I was not informed that this was an international company and so I would need to pay additional import fees. The item was not delivered. Watchesmegastore are uncontactable by phone, and enquiries on their website raises a form on the fruugo website. They do not reply to issues themselves. Still no watch and still no refund.

I brought a watch for over £100 and it didn’t even last 3 months and that was wearing it 2-3 times a week . I asked the watches mega store to rectify this as they had sent me out a faulty item, The response I got back was “ strap not covered after 45 days “ no apology nothing. Customer service skills are 0 and clearly don’t care about their reputation. If you want to waste your money buy from
