I purchased 2watches on January 3rd and received shipping information a week later. No movement or communications from emails sent concerning my order and status. This is not good business at all. After reading other reviews; Im convinced all positive reviews are bogus. I will not even consider recommending a company with zero human customer service that you can speak with. No words can fix an on going problem. And in response to the claimed email response: the only response was from the small partial refund that was allegedly needed to verify my purchase. Hadnt heard from a single representative concerning shipping or tracking that’s only states shipping information received. Furthermore; how can you respond to a particular complaint that you have no know of the purchase?

Great service with a replacement
Customer service was really communicative and helpful- my watch was damaged during shipment by the carrier, and they let me pick out a replacement watch even though it cost more than the original and they offered to pay the difference! Wow!

Awful customer service
I ordered a watch and didn’t love it, so I worked with customer service to trade it for something different. I sent the watch back and paid a restocking fee and haven’t heard a word from this company since. I’ve tracked the watch I sent back and it’s been received on their end, but they can’t even be bothered to send me an email to let me know when my new one is being sent. Seems like a huge scam. Will not shop here again and absolutely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
