Reactive customer service but problems with payment and shipping.
Watches world insured vía DHL the watch as a wooden box for 50€. The package got lost, no support from Watches World. I really do not recommend

The DHL company has confirmed that these issues occurred due to the mistake made by the driver who delivered it to the wrong location. Once you reported that the watch had not been delivered to you, we immediately contacted DHL and made every effort to resolve the problem and to deliver your watch to you as soon as possible. Consequently, the watch was delivered to you by DHL within several days, after they conducted an internal investigation, located the watch, and delivered it to you.
Throughout this process, we maintained transparent communication between our Customer Service Team and yourself. The successful resolution of this issue was facilitated by the reactive customer service that you mentioned in your review.
Please note that the watch itself was not insured for 50 Euros; rather, the insurance fee covered the wooden box in which the watch is usually shipped separately for safety reasons. We take the value of the products we sell and the associated risks seriously, which is why we secured external insurance coverage.
Unfortunately, situations like this can arise due to human error, which we cannot completely eliminate. However, we want to assure all our customers that we strive to resolve any issues promptly.

No picture, not buying
I was interested in buying a Rolex watch I have seen on their website and I asked for more pictures of the real watch (it's just an illustration picture on the website).
They sent me one blurred picture saying that's the only thing they have in their database for the moment and never got back to me when I asked for more pictures.
I don't know how it worked but I would have expected to be a bit more concerned when you sell 10 000€ watches...

The picture provided a clear image of the watch, the warranty card, and the white hangtag. Unfortunately, we could not provide you with any professional pictures during the weekend and bank holiday period, as the watch was kept in safe and our suppliers were not available promptly.
We understand that additional/professional pictures were important to you and that you were unable to accept the timeline for when they could be provided. Nonetheless, we remain open to collaboration and would be happy to assist you if you are still interested in this watch.
