First Watch
Even with the weather delays, the watch was delivered in a reasonable time frame. I received a Tonino Carrero for my first watch and I am pleased with the selection. I enjoy the weigh and feel of the watch, the color yellow on the bezel is not my first choice but it works. Overall I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of watch I received at the Black tier. After a few more watch at this level, I will look to upgrade.

Terrible company
Terrible company. WatchGang customer service was absolute garbage from the start. I cancelled a wheel spin purchase before processing due to an emergency and they refused, stating all sales are final. They sent the package requiring a signature for delivery, FedEx signed for it on the second delivery attempt, and the watch disappeared. I provided security camera footage of this and they refused to file a claim with FedEx because I requested my bank refund the money. The keep telling me it takes 3-5 days for their Fraud and Security Department to investigate and we are going on two months.
UPDATE: Here we are in January with no resolution. These clowns refuse to open a claim with FedEx and FedEx wont talk to me since I'm not the shipper. 0/10.

I spent over 4k in 6 months, every single piece is either broken or not working. This company needs to be shut down.
Even the wheel is junk! Some pieces have never even worked!

WatchGang is fun to do they have a great selection of watches to try to get on the wheel. I was never really a “watch guy “ until I started spinning the WatchGang wheel. It’s kind of addictive. Only thing is that I keep landing on level 1 watches - after having played 4 times so that is a bit of a bummer but still like the watches I’ve got so far.
