I probably wouldn’t do this again tbh. My partner and I both entered tier 1 hoping for a nice watch even just one of us . When we got it, we both got the exact same watch. Silver Casio (it’s quite fu... See more

It’s clear the owner is using the "it’s a gamble" defense to justify sending out low-value items. To make your Trustpilot review more impactful, you should lean into the discrepancy between the cost (£119.99) and the actual market value of the item received, while directly addressing their claim of "transparency."
Here is a revised version that is firm, professional, and harder for them to deflect:
Suggested Review Draft
Headline: Overpriced "Mystery Drop" – High price tag for low-value bin items
I participated in Watch Harbour’s £119.99 "Mystery Drop," and the experience was incredibly disappointing. I received a cheap Avia watch that feels and looks like it came straight out of a discount bin.
While the owner claims to be "transparent" about the mystery format, there is a massive gulf between "taking a chance" and receiving an item that is worth a fraction of the entry price. Paying £120 for a watch that lacks the quality or market value to justify that tier feels less like a fair mix of inventory and more like a way to offload low-value stock on hopeful customers.
The company's response to criticism is that the mystery format "isn’t for everyone," but that doesn't excuse the poor price-to-quality ratio. If you’re looking for a quality timepiece, save your £120 and buy something specific. This "drop" felt like a total rip-off, regardless of how many YouTube videos they post to justify it.

I wanted to believe, and I was a fool ...paid for the the "limited" edition and received a TIMEX...not even a good timex... a relatively new edition plain white indiglo that sells for around $15 on line...seriously not even anything remotely as promised...major scam vibes from this...avoid at all costs...don't waste your money.

I had a terrible experience with Watch Harbor. I participated in their blind drawing, paying over $170 with the perception of receiving a very nice vintage watch Instead, I ended up with a watch valued at only $40. That is a profit margin of around 70%. This feels like an absolute scam, as they clearly misled me about the value of what I would receive. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking to invest in a quality timepiece. Save your money and look elsewhere! I absolutely understand that there was no promise of a watch the same value of what I spent. This sight is very misleading. Well done.

I’ve jumped into a few of the monthly mystery drops across both Tier 1 and Tier 2 and honestly, that’s where the fun is. You’ve got no idea what you’re going to get, and that’s the whole thrill. It’s a gamble, plain and simple.
But it’s not a blind one. Cameron lays it all out in his Instagram and YouTube videos…. What kind of watches sit in each tier, what’s possible, and what’s not. You might strike gold, you might not… and that’s exactly what makes it exciting and why I’ll continue purchasing.

Really enjoyed my experience with Watch Harbor. Cameron was very responsive and the package arrived quickly, considering I am from the US. I think the concept is fun. The excitement of the watch arriving and the opportunity to acquire a luxury piece at such a low price makes it worth the roll of the dice. Looking forward to participating again in future months’ drops.

Came across Watch Harbour on Instagram and thought I’d take a punt and see what it was all about. Went in on a 3-month deal and now into month two — both watches so far have been solid, really happy with them.
Let’s be honest, we’d all love to be dropping £5k–£10k on a watch whenever we fancy it, but that’s not reality for most of us. This is a great way to enjoy different pieces you probably wouldn’t normally go for, without the big commitment.
You’ve got to go into it with the right mindset — same as sticking a few quid on the EuroMillions. You’re doing it for the experience, not expecting to make money. If anything, it’s just a bit of fun and a chance to wear something different each month.
Fair play to the guys, it’s a great concept and it’s been a really good experience so far. Keep it up.

I had such a great experience with Watch Harbor’s mystery drop. The whole process is genuinely exciting from placing the order to the anticipation while waiting, and finally opening the box to see what you’ve received.
What makes it so special is the randomness, it could be anything from a Rolex to a simple Casio or even a unique vintage piece, all for just £70. That element of surprise makes it incredibly fun, especially for watch collectors like me. Even though I didn’t get a Rolex this time, I received an Ingersoll automatic, which I really appreciate and enjoy.
Really appreciate the team for putting something like this together. It’s a creative and enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Was part of the February mystery watch drop & ordered a number of mystery watches. Very impressed with the packaging & the mystery box feeling. Pulled a luxury Omega De Ville within the group of watches I received.
I was also very impressed with Cameron and the team with the customer support as my order got stuck with Royal Mail for a long time. They helped me out, kept me in the loop and resent my parcel to NZ asap.
Will be participating in future drops to come!

What a great company, my first couples of purchase’s have been easy and great value for money. I would highly recommend to any watch collector or any one wanting to have a nice and varied watch collection. I will be a regular buyer, customer service is fast and professional with a friendly vibe. Must say you have to be quick as they do sell out fast, but luckily you can pre order for the next drop. Highly recommend!

Although I know it’s completely random which watch I receive, I’m quite disappointed with the watch I received. I expected a more vintage watch especially for a Tear 2 watch I paid €139 for (and also €24 import taxes).
I received a quartz Timex indiglo which I can buy new (the same watch) on amazon for €40
So quite disappointed I must say.

Package was well packed and delivered on time. My first time using watch harbour mystery drop and the concept is great, perhaps I was expecting too much however for 109 quid I was not expecting the poor watch I was sent, an OMAX which I could buy on eBay for 26 quid max, perhaps if I bought the lower grade then fair enough but not when spending triple figures it’s not on. Will be chasing up……
UPDATE,
Although not quite agreeing with Cameron he was very helpful and issued a full refund so 10/10 for customer service on that front

What a joke, £109 for a tier 2 "non luxury" watch thats just a £20 amazon watch, just a joke and a sham.

I have been taking part in The Mystery Drops since August now and love the varied watches I have received. Finally grabbed myself one of the luxury pieces in the March drop with a vintage Omega De Ville. Will certainly be in the next drop, desperate for one of those Rolexes!

Great concept, watches are authentic and in great condition with top brands such as Rolex. Definitely worth the wait! Great customer service. Great business.

I have been doing the mystery watches drops for about 4 months I have had a range of affordable watch and this time I have received the Cartier tank which I am over the moon with and are full authentic and was worthy every penny I will be purchasing the next drop

STAY AWAY! 🚨 A complete and utter SCAM. You'll receive a watch that is picked up on the side of the street with water damage, replaced parts and barely functional. All this despite paying for the so called premium package. Watch is going straight in the bin.

Wish we had seen the reviews before we wasted our money. Paid £120 for a base metal, basic quartz. Like other people have said, not expecting a rolex but the watch is worth a few pounds. Do not enter the mystery drops.

Paid 160€ for a watch that sold on ebay for 15€ not what I expected.
Chose the premium watch category and got sent a watch that says made in China on the back with a fake leather strap really disappointed, stay off their site!!
