Before each drop, we make a point of showing all possible brands included and the expected condition of the watches, as these are pre-owned and vintage pieces rather than new. Accurist was listed as one of the brands in the Premium Vintage Mystery category for this drop, and natural signs of wear are to be expected.
We do carefully check watches before shipping and would never intentionally send out a piece with a known issue. Would 100% recommend
I've participated in the october drop, and luckily I've got a 1967 breitling top time ref 2009- great watch. It's in very good condition taking it's age into account. It's got really nice patina on the dial.
My experience was very good, i would recommend 100% and will surely buy again

Quick, positive response, explanation, and full refund
My initial experience with Watch Harbor was not a good one. I contacted Cameron, who answered within 24 hours, listened to my issue, promised to investigate, and issued a full refund.
Encouraged by his positive response, i entered another contest.
My second watch arrived today. I was a bit anxious opening the package, as i would be with any lottery. Upon doing so, i was extremely happy to see a 2000 Omega Speedmaster Date, Ref 175.0083, Cal 1152, with original band. The watch is in very good shape, and is currently running happily.
The nature of Cameron's company is such that, as with any lottery-type operation, there are bound to be varying outcomes. The numbers and levels of quality of watches are explained on his site. Every entry receives a watch. This time, i received a Luxury watch. I am very happy, of course. If i had received a non-luxury prize, i would have been happy. I buy a ticket, and get a prize. This time, i won the luxury watch.
This has been my experience with Cameron, at Watch Harbor. There are a lot of negative comments online about the company. My initial experience was not good. Reaching out calmly had me a response in under 24 hours, an apology, an explanation and promise to investigate why this happened, and a full refund. What more can one ask in this situation?
I suggest that those who are not happy with their experience contact Cameron and calmly explain their issue. I did so and received quick, polite action. Complaining into the void, usually with no details, serves no purpose and will result in no remedy.

Fun Concept, Good Watch, Will Try Again
This was my first time trying the November Mystery Watch Drop, and I really enjoyed the concept. Every month, 200 watches are available: 180 affordable models and 20 luxury pieces. You pay £59 for a blind pick, hoping to land one of the high-end watches.
I didn’t get a luxury watch this time, but I received a very elegant Accurist with a clean dial and a beautiful Milanese mesh bracelet. It’s not worth the £129 you can find it for second-hand, but that’s the game – you pay £59 for the experience and for the chance (even a small one) to score a Rolex or an Omega.
Overall, it was a fun experience, the concept is great, and I’ll definitely try my luck again for the December drop!

Drops are great! Everyone has a chance on getting a luxury watch and/or receive a watch with lower value but at the end of the day, you're getting one! Imagine you paying almost same amount of money for raffles and here you still get something. It's a win win!

I couldn’t recommend watch harbor enough, I purchased a £59 mystery watch in the November drop and I received my order today to find out I received a 1950 Rolex Oyster Speedking!! I still can’t believe it. Such a brilliant business.

A prefect vintage watch
Came across page on TikTok and took a risk with the November drop and to my surprised bagged a vintage omega de ville. The watch came nicely packaged in a waterproof and damage proof bag, with additional thank you notes and warranty inside. I would 100% recommend giving it a try 👍

Brilliant idea but not the best…
Brilliant idea but not the best experience. The watch i got is a nice watch for being a mystery item. What i am not happy about is the condition of the watch, full of scratches and still has previous owners residue all over it with a funny smell in between the links. Wanted to love this but due to the lack of cleanliness i am unable to

Bought multiple now and added two of my most beautiful pieces to my collection my first time round I received a stunning omega seamaster the second an accurist and recently a stunning roamer super king it’s all luck at the end of the day the negative reviews are rubbish If you’re buying a mystery watch expecting to win something amazing it’s your own fault it’s a gamble and it’s bringing something absolutely remarkable to the watch collecting game. Ordered the premium watch drop came out to just around $100 USD with shipping taxes and fees and I got sent a ladies watch from Walmart that’s on sale for $40 right now will never try it again. Didn’t expect to get the Rolex but at least something better than a timex. Claims to do vintage stuff and this one was legit just bought from Walmart

I took a punt on the Watch Harbor £59 Mystery Watch, and I am seriously impressed.
I was fully expecting some random, generic fashion watch, but when I opened the box, I pulled out a Citizen!
For those who know watches, you know Citizen is a quality, reliable brand. The watch I got feels solid, looks sharp, and is genuinely a huge step up from anything I expected for that price.
I checked around, and similar Citizens retail for way more than the £59 I paid.
And a note on the bad reviews I see: A lot of people seem unhappy because they didn't get a £500 watch. It's a mystery box, guys! You get a watch worth more than the £59 you paid, and for me, a genuine Citizen is a total score. Manage your expectations, and you'll be happy.
This was a total win and fantastic value. I highly recommend it!
Update. One day later, the watch stopped working. Not so happy after all :’/
