Never replied to 3 emails, a WhatsApp number that doesn't deliver and 2 phone numbers that don't even ring.
Yet you say you have 'a team' to answer any queries...
I've not had my watch delivered as it's gone to a different address now, I have no idea where it is.
I emailed you within 2 minutes of placing the order as my address never changed on your system, it reverted back to my old address ad as you never replied to any attempt to contact you to change the address before it was posted I now have no watch and am £165 out of pocket.

If I ran my business like this I'd have no work.
People, just avoid this company. Look at the reviews first, wish I did.

They showed it will be delivered by Tuesday and it’s already Thursday still no update regarding my Oder .

I ordered an Armani AR60053 watch, it was sent, the delivery time was around 7 days in Northern Ireland, what I didn't like is that they didn't send a separate links and I had to order it myself another 2, the watch looks amazing, new and original

Fake Watch.
No reply from Customer Services email or their WhatsApp.
I eagerly await their reply if they will refund me.
Its a bad fake when it says "24 JEWES" instead of '24 Jewels' on the caseback,
Aa Wonky date wheel and no serial number. The paraphernalia in the box is also clearly not SEIKO spec and printed on recycled paper.
I am disgusted.

I ordered a seiko watch. Once ordered I found out my partner had already purchased one so messaged to cancel order.. I had no reply, received watch and want to send back for a refund. so have emailed letting them know I want a refund and to return but still no communication…

Purchased via OnBuy site, seller known as FashionStar on this site. Watch was delivered on time as described, within 3 days of purchase. Great value and genuine item. I hand one question that was answered same day. Great service.
