Having waited another 6 weeks my last email containing the proof from Tissot themselves that the Tissot watch was a fake.
Originally ordered back on Dec 15 2025

They came back, (all AI responses Im guessing by the times they are sent. )asking me to send back the watch at my expense, to a PO box in my City in the UK!!
They have already ripped me and 1000's of others off.
Fake watch, no refund....

I fell for the Marketing and low price. I bought two Tag Heuer watches in early Nov 2025. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Multiple emails to them and the response was “your order is being processed”.
They arrived on 12/31, too late, I bought replacements elsewhere, And asked for a refund. No response. I also took them to a certified Horologist…they’re fakes…good fakes, but fakes. I went to the credit card company and showed them my emails and the result from the Horologist…charges were credited back. I have tried for months to get a return address…no response.
My opinion: you order the watch,
At decent price, they order from China at next to zero price. A fake is sent, takes forever. You might not even realize it’s fake.
You don’t want to order from Watchlyx and you’ll regret it if you do.

These people are crooks, I promise you. Just crooks.
Bought a part-ceramic lady’s Tag Heuer for girlfriend for Xmas. Box damaged and it looked like it came out of a Xmas cracker anyway so I logged a return. Entirely within returns policy as stated on site. First, they delayed emailing a return number. Second, after obtaining number they wouldn’t respond to requests for a returns address. Delay, obstruction, on it went. I have all the emails to prove it. Finally returned at my expense to their returns address in Peterborough. They didn’t accept delivery. I wrote pointing it out. They collected it according to tracking. Then? Nothing. I threatened legal action. Nothing. And they got the watch back. Pocketed about £870 of mine. At no cost to them. Scum. Utter scum. Their customer service responses to my fury? A bot, called Amy. You can’t sue them so don’t buy from them. They are criminals.

You can’t easily sue a Dubai based company in small claims court - there are out of jurisdiction service issues. Complex. Expensive. Time consuming. They know this, I assure you. For the money I lost and given energy I’d expend, for me, it’s not worth it. I gave up and settled for this review instead. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are JUST CRIMINALS.

Just so they know, I went to Tag Heuer shop in Covent Garden, bought her a lovely watch for £3,200. She was DELIGHTED. I bought myself one for 3.5k.

That’s just to show you how little your criminality effected me you criminal Dubai-based scum.

Defamation of a company? Sue me. I was a lawyer. I just can’t be bothered with you. You’re just another CRIMINAL, common as muck.You committed a fraud, inter alia: you encouraged me to return the watch by finally providing details knowing you would never honour the return by refunding purchase price. (They never did.) That’s theft/fraud. I can’t be bothered with scum like you anymore. I hope you go to jail. I AM FILING A POLICE REPORT WITHIN THE WEEK. They may not act but at least your on their radar maybe and they just may give you the problems you deserve. Not just a civil matter - but CRIMINAL.

Bought a Hugo Boss watch which will only run for a few minutes before the second hand gets stuck also the timer chronograph will not reset to the correct position i now think it’s probably fake.
Tried to do a return through the portal and it says my order number doesn’t exist.called the helpline number to speak to an ai 3 times who said my complaint would be escalated have heard nothing.i should have read the reviews. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can give

In December of 2025 I ordered a watch from this company, it took almost two months to get the item which was listed as a unisex watch. I bought it for my sister's birthday. When it arrived it was clearly never intended for a woman's wrist and should not be sold as unisex. I contacted Watchly and they informed me I could have a refund. I went through the correct procedures and the return was approved. The watch was promptly returned and I paid extra for tracking. Thankfully because now over a month ago the watch was returned and signed for by someone at the company as I have the signature and receipt of return, however what I dont have is my money back. I have now sent three emails asking for my refund and funnily enough the thieves have not replied. I have escalated this as a fraudulent company and will be taking it further. Do not buy from these criminals.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! Ordered a watch it did say would take a couple of weeks when I scrolled to bottom of page after I had ordered it . but no order update on the tracking side at any point, emails they say they can't find my order number and ask for email address and just say the same response which is waiting for royal mail to update the tracking in uk which never happens phone number is a voice generated response not even a real person thank god I used my credit card to purchase as six weeks later and still no watch so my bank has now refunded me the money and chasing the company for reimbursement do not buy from this company

Do nottt trust the bad reviews about this website I ordered and read the reviews and was really anxious and ordered a refund with my bank but af tree r one month of the order I now have both my authentic watches seriously delivery is the only issues whe I tried to contact the website it said no order found but it just came today honestly so worth it if you order at least two months in advance

I bought this watch as a Christmas gift for my brother, but when giving it to him the seconds hand had fallen off — with no other damage whatsoever. This clearly shows the watch was faulty from the start.
I contacted the company to arrange a repair, and more than two months later the issue is still unresolved. I’ve repeatedly been told someone would look into the delay, or I’ve simply been ignored altogether. At this point, I wouldn’t even feel confident sending it back to them again, let alone trusting that I’d ever get it back — certainly not within any reasonable timeframe.
Extremely poor quality product backed up by even worse customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company.

i ordered a TAG on March 7th

since March 7th there was no record online about my order but today, I got an email that my watch is out of delivery! (I was super surprised, did not expect that at all after my first order of TAG took about 2 months to get it!

So, it took total 13 days to receive my watch

Very satisfied with the watch
well packed, all cards and tags in there
Looked up the warranty and the warranty started last month.

Good Value for the price and I am very happy with the product
(Definitely I will go check the authenticity with an authorized dealer)

If I could give this company a minus review score I would. As per other reviews, the watch has never been received! I’ve emailed them 3 times now and they don’t respond. I tried to call and the line just goes dead. I paid for tracking and it tells me the page doesn’t exist. I tried to track my order on their website and it says my order doesn’t exist! This company is a total SCAM! Purchased for my partners 50th birthday present and he never received one sadly. I’ll be contacting the bank to try and retrieve my money and will be reporting them.

Theses people need shutting down asap. Steer well away.

Don’t buy! I bought 3 tag Heuer watches and they are all fake. One doesn’t work and they all came with counterfeit boxes. I’ve tried contacting them and they just go around in circles till they ignore you. Very disappointing

ordered the watch on the 12th of february so to make sure it would definitely be here for my boyfriends birthday for 2nd of march. It’s now the 14th of March, over a month. I went to track my parcel 3 weeks ago and tracking was unavailable so I tried to email them, no reply back, very very poor customer service. I wish i checked the reviews before ordering from this website.

Glad to see Trustpilot are on to this company for fake reviews. I reviewed them last year but was removed. In my opinion they are a terrible organisation to deal with and should be banned from trading

I bought a watch worth £487 on 8th February 2026. And now they are saying that they can’t find my order.
