A recent purchase
I bought a Seiko Speedtimer from Watcho that did not perform like an older version I had. It would not perform correctly after multiple resets so I got in touch with Watcho and all colleagues were very interested in being helpful in resolving the problem. I returned my watch which was fixed very quickly and sent back to me which makes me very satisfied. It is not always the case, these days, that companies are interested and helpful when things go wrong, Watcho have proved that customer satisfaction is as important as just taking the money so I will not hesitate to recommend Watcho to everyone 🙂👍
