Highly recommend them for watch repair service

At first, I was very hesitant to send my watch to an unknown location. I worried that I may not see it again. However, the service was wonderful, the communication was excellent and timely, and my watch came back in beautiful condition. I would recommend this service to anyone who values their watch and has received subpar service in the past from local repair shops.

Rolex President Review

I sent my Rolex President to Jeff a few years ago. I was very pleased with the quality of work and excellent communications with Jeff. I just sent my wife’s Rolex Ladies President. It came back in new condition and Jeff again did excellent work. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff should you require any service work on your Rolex. A+++!

Great service on my 21 year old Omega Seamaster

The whole process for servicing of my Omega Seamaster 2254.50 was done very professionally. Jeff personally explained everything that needed to be done to bring the watch back to factory new standards. I had not had this watch serviced correctly in the 20 years that I’ve owned it. Now, it is running as it should be running and basically looks brand new. I highly recommend Jeff’s watch service.

This is the 5th watch I've send in for…

This is the 5th watch I've send in for overhaul/service. 3rd Rolex. The 4 prior went well. This one a Rolex Date Oyster Perpetual went horrible. From the beginning their treatment of me was like a red headed step child. Jeff talked down to me during every conversation and now does not have the temperament to be a Rolex repair service. Jeff had more reasons why something could not be done. Instead of having one point of contact I was dealing with 3 people all who did not know what the others were doing. Sorry to say, this will be the last watch I'll ever send to them. EVER! My vintage watch which was 100 percent water resistant is now not water resistant. Totally unsatisfactory!! I'll bet a dime to a doughnut Rolex would have made this Water Resistant as designed and known for! Lastly, finally he Jeff sent my watch back 2 Day service which turned out to be a week until I received! Common man the money I paid to have this watch service/overhauled and he Jeff could not spend another buck two ninety eight to send it OVERNIGHT was insulting to say the least. I'll only send my watches to ROLEX where they are not a bunch of HAS BEEN Old folks who shouldn't be working on any Swiss watches much less Rolex.

*** In reply or response to your message, Before I bought this Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date watch, I had them show me the numbers from the case to verify the serial number and model and more importantly ***** I had them do a pressure check on this watch before I bought it. It was without question water resistant and have since went swimming and snokling. So the obvious question is how did it become not water resistant? Was it pressure tested? Or are you and your company being extremely conservative on water resistance?'m not bragging, however I've owned too many to count of Rolex and other fine Swiss watches before I even tried your service. What can be done? I don't buy any watches that are NOT WATER RESISTANT. SO IM AT A LOSS. WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I would be remiss if I didn't write this, first they do an impeccable job on detailing Rolex watches. Best in the business. Their mode of operandi on sending out a package both outgoing and incoming are all ready to go with everything included. Very respectable way of doing business. All of the watches they have worked on Rolex and other fine swiss watches have been done with due dillegence, beyond reproach! I'm just anal about water resistant. Only becase at 65 I can forget about taking a watch off before introducing a watch to any water and moisture. There are times that I'm in water or in the shower without thinking and now I have to be extremely careful. I like this review because to shows to what degree their work ethic is Jeff I will call next week and you and your loved one also have a beautiful, blessed and healthy Independent Day.
Respectfully Russ

Russell, I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience this time around. You have been a good customer over many years. I tried calling you after receiving this review to apologize and see if there was something more I could do to satisfy you.

I certainly should have done a better job setting more realistic expectations. Your Rolex watch is a Model 1500, and based on the serial number it is from 1970. The caliber is a 1570 which Rolex as a company stopped servicing years ago.

We have one watchmaker that still works on these older vintage models. Your watch came in on 5/17/24 and was finished a sent back to you on 6/8/24.

As for your complaint about us not spending the extra money to overnight you back the completed watch....not sure how to respond. We paid to send it back UPS 2nd Day Express and it was insured for $7,000. The cost we paid for shipping was $54.87. We do not typically pay for overnight shipping.

Please give me a call and let me know what I can do to make this right. I really do take pride in going the extra mile of every customer. Clearly, this could have been handled better. Please also know that we stand behind our work fully. So if you have any issues with the watch during our warranty period, please let me know. Respectfully, Jeff Herman, President

Reply to your reply....I can try to make a custom gasket and identify where moisture can get through. We have already replaced all the seals, the crystal, the crystal gasket, etc.

With that being said, I can't "Guarantee" that it will remain water resistant and the challenge is if moisture gets into the watch and we need many parts to repair....the problem is that some of the parts for 1570 caliber movement are difficult or near impossible to source. One way or the other you would still need to be careful. Just because a watch is water resistant today...doesn't guarantee it will be tomorrow or the next day!

Happy 4th of July. Please just give me a call on Monday.
