This is the second time I have used watch tag to help keep my husbands watch addiction at bay. I used this website before christmas with no problems so used them again to buy an addition to his watch collection for his bday. This time it was for a Raymond W watch which he had his eye on. I spoke with someone from watch tag who reassured me of the correct model he wanted (i no nothing about watches AT ALL!). It arrived the day before his birthday PHEW! and needless to say - he loves it.
No doubt I will be back to watch tag for yet another watch. I dont understand why someone would want so many watches but then he would say the same about handbags!!!

I purchased a Rado watch from Watchtag in May. When I received the watch all was good and the watch was in working order. A week or so later I noticed that one of the pins on the watch strap had a tendency to fall out. I sent the watch back to Watchtag who assured me that the watch would be fixed and at no extra cost to me. The watch was fixed by Watchtag under their warranty but did take two weeks to get back to me. At first I was a bit miffed that I had to pay for postage but this was later refunded to me when I notified them of this.

All in all Watchtag have dealt with my issue in a professional manner albeit it took a little longer than it should of.

I would use Watchtag again in the future and would recommend them.

Do not buy from this website / Company. Summary of events to date below;

* I Purchased a Watch from Watchtag
* The Watch was not working upon reciept
* I informed Watch Tag and they sent a link to the returns document which was completed and returned with the watch.
* I had to pay for the watch to be returned by recorded delivery (£8.50)
* I sent two Email's to watchtag requesting an update on returned watch over a period of 14 days.
* An email was received from Watchtag 1 month after the watch was returned stating the watch has gone for assessment in their warehouse and a decision will be made to either fix or replace the watch within the next two weeks.
* The above email was recieved 4 months ago and I have not had any response to my numerous emails since.
* I have tried to chat online via the website but when I mention my previous order number they do not respond.
* I have sent a recorded letter, prior to commencing legal proceedings, to the address identified within the email recieved from Watchtag which has now been returned by the Royal Mail stating 'addressee gone away'.

I have neither my watch or my refund. I will now be reffering the matter to the police as well as the County Courts in order to retrieve my money. DO NOT buy from this company.

I was buying a watch for my son online and it was late in the evening, Dave popped up on live chat, sent me a link to what I was looking for and gave me a discount code to save me logging into my emails to retrieve it. Made the transaction very easy for me. Highly recommend this company.

I have used watc tag on 2 occasions, both times I orderd a RW watch for my husband. He's a watch nut. I have always found the prices at watch tag to be the best when searching the net but the service I receive is always very good too.

The watch was also great and my husband loves the design.

Unbelievably poor customer services,

Item was ordered, I was assured delivery on a certain date, it wasn't delivered, same thing happened again with the new date. Ultimately the item was delivered but 2 WEEKS after it was scheduled.
I could not get through to the company via their phone number, it permanently went to answer phone, with no return phonecalls. No replies to emails, several sent. Only way to communicate was via a live chat and to cross my fingers and hope someone was there.

I would never recommend this website , I am returning the item as not even placed on the cushion on the box, instead it was shoved in the corner. Unacceptable all round.

Orderdd Gucci watch for myself and it arrived same week. No issues.

I bought a watch for my wife before Christmas and now I have used watchtag for myself. Both times I received great service and the watches were exactly as described. No problems on either occasion. The website is really easy to use - big thumbs up from me. Thank you

I ordered Armani watch from this website and was very fast at delivering my house. I speak with customer help many times and they help me with to set date and the time. I would like to say it was perfect service and very friendly people. I will use this website again to buy for future.

I have used watchtag now a few times to add to my watch collection. My latest order from them was for a Gucci G-Timeless - this watch was over £100 cheaper coming from watchtag. Watch arrived with all paperwork an box etc. everything you would expect.

£200 on other sites here I got it for £159 using a voucher code!!! Bargain. I just find myself asking is this real. I hope so and look forward to giving it to my girlfriend!

Great site and excellent prices , my only gripe was I received a discount off and was to to add the code at checkout , but there is no option to enter it :-(

It was honestly the worse online shopping experience i've had! My item never came, eventhough after multiple times of contacting them and them saying yes it's on its way, or its been delayed so we've paid for express delivery so it will get to you on time. They refunded me the money but it was a waste of my time.

I'm a watch nut and shop quite often for watches both online and on the high street. I have used watchtag for 3 watches now. Each time the watch has been delivered quickly to my office - reason for using watchtag originally was their prices. Every time I get good service and have never had problem with them. Highly recomeneded company.

Looking for a particular watch for a Christmas present. It was the best price we could find on the web and represented considerable savings from other suppliers. The website was easy to use and also provided a further discount code making the item even better value. All round, a very good experience.
