This is the fourth occasion that I have ordered a watch strap from WatchWatchWatch. Each time the deliver was prompt and often within 24 hours. The quality of product is excellent and as advertised. When I did inadvertently order the wrong width the return and replacement service was brilliant. Well done.

Delivered within 3working days. Leather is a little hard and colour is darker than it looked on website. But good quality for price. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

Nice strap but odd anomaly in the colours offered for sale
The product (watch strap ladies) is good quality but the website shows a choice of colours and I ordered brown but what came in the package was so dark brown it was nearly black. I fitted it and it does the job but when I wrote to WatchWatchWatch about the odd discrepancy in the colour ordered and the colour received they haven't replied to my concern. So I can't give them 5 stars sorry. Otherwise good value and fast processing and delivery.

The brown in this range is indeed very dark, so I'm happy we've sent the correct item. If you're in any way unhappy with a purchase from us, just let us know and we can give you a Freepost address for its return. We have hundreds of different straps to choose from, so we're bound to have something which is more to your liking.
We did reply to your email, but on checking I see your email account wrongly bounced it back as suspected spam, so you never saw it. We are also contactable by telephone or social media. We'd never ignore a message from a customer.
