Ultimately I had a great experience. What would have made the beginning of the journey better was to know the three filters were being shipped in tow separate shipments. When one filter showed up before the others I had thought a mistake was made. Then I noticed another shipment notification. I also want to thank your amazing team for sending me the tool i needed to remove the filters. Great job by all your team. If possible maybe your automated shipping notification could be upgraded to determin/communicate split shipping. Thanks for the support

Waterdrop's customer service is top notch. My family and I use and trust this product for our drinking water, and even the slight issue is resolved quickly and effectively. Doreen went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, and that our needs were met with our inquiry. She answered quickly, and checked in multiple times to make sure our issue was resolved.

Your customer service representative,Anna is very professional and quickly addressed my problem with my RO filter.She sent me a new replacement at about 1/3 the original price. The warranty period on my RO filter had expired,and I would have had to pay full price if it wasn’t for Waterdrops kind offer.

Buying directly from Waterdrop is the way to go. You'll receive prompt, non-stop service as long as you own your machine. I had many issues trying to get a resolution for my order. Customer service did their best to help me find a fair resolution; this is our fourth Waterdrop product for the family. Besides reading great reviews of the product, I think their customer service can't be beat, if you're lucky enough to get Becky, you're in good hands.

The filer is valuable to our family, we use it daily. And the customer support from Waterdrop has been very helpful. The representative we had helping us (Harper) was very pleasant to work with!

I had an issue after 1 year(almost 1 year), the customer service was great. Warranty worked and replaced it. I really like Waterdrop filter so I am happy.

The item had a very slow water flow and the water also tasted bitter despite following all the instructions. The bigger problem i had though was the fact that on the website as the customer we are promised a hassle free return in 30 days and i requested a return the very next day and still i was hassled and i waited for a refund going back and forth for 2 weeks. They would not give me my full refund and suggesting only a percentage which is unfair. How am i supposed to know an item is good without testing it. I didn't even fully use it i only did the initial set up. It was soo troubling just to get a refund. They did not mention anywhere on their website about not getting a full refund! I stood my ground despite them thinking they could pressure me into a lower refund than i deserved. I would not recommend, the product isn't good but the service is even worse, it's actually concerning.

Had an issue of damage during shipping. Company replaced part then offered to give a free pitcher to compensate for the time to wait on new part. Unit works well.

I purchased the Waterdrop X12 Tankless RO water purifier about a year ago. I love the flow-speed and especially like that you can change the initial flow setting to a "soft start". Initially, when I turned on the water flow, it was so strong that it would splash out of the cup. But after researching ways to address this, I saw that there was a soft start option. This makes a world of difference. No more splash! I have read a few reviews that complain about the splash. They should change the setting on their unit. I had a plumber install the unit because I needed a hole drilled through my quartz countertop, and did not want any issues. The plumber installed the unit in less than an hour (drill and all), and the X12 works like a dream! I used a countertop A1 unit previously, which I loved. However, it took forever to fill up my water needs. Also, I needed to refill the tank multiple times a day. With the X12, the flow is so much better! All in all, an A+ RO unit and experience!

Filters and system work well, but very expensive. Also, disappointed to see they are made in China.
